Robin catches the look and grins with amusement, shaking his head slightly, as if a signal for Tam to know they were cool. “So, the races no one is telling me about….?” he prompts Tam to continue.

“If you’re going to ask him to join the team, the answer is no.” Chrystal says.

Robin scowls at Chrystal, but then turns back to Tam. “I’m doing fine, how are you?” Sensing that Tam still feels a little awkward about what had happened in the past, he quickly creates a mental link between the two. About the thing that happened before, don’t worry, we’re fine, okay?

Chrystal looks up and nudges Robin Are you talking about me?

Before replying to Chrystal he sheepishly tells Tam, Sorry, didn’t mean to startle you. He turns to Chrystal and answers, He was being weird about the uh likingyouthing. The last few words came out rushed, even mentally.

Chrystal laughs, Was he now? Suddenly Chrystal gets dizzy and slips off of her horse, standing she leans into it.

Chrystal looks up her eyes unclear, "What happened?" she tries to reach out to Robin telepathically but finds herself unable to.

Tam sees Chrystal 'fall' off her horse and leaps to her side and stops short of himself and continues to go to her side a little sheepishly, letting Robin get there first.

Robin rushed to her side and stables her before she falls, his hands around her waist so that she leaned on him. "I don't know," he says, his voice a mixture of worry and panic. He looks at Tam and Lea with questioning eyes, silently asking what to do.

Chrystal clings to Robin, burying her face into his chest. She tries again to speak to him telepathically, but she still can't, so she whispers so only he can hear, "My head hurts." She looks up at him expectantly, like he can make the pain go away, That's weird, I could always make my pain go away, but now I can't, she thinks to herself.

Tam, shocked backed up bumping into his horse Alaster, "Sorry boy." He mutters.

Robin rubs her back soothingly and turns to Lea and Tam. "I'm gonna take her back to her dorm, see you guys later" Not even waiting for a response, he takes her and quickly levitates them to her dorm, extremely worried.

Tam kicks his horse into full gear and gallops to the track, "See if you can beat me." He calls over to her.

Lea races after him, slowly feeding power to her horse, causing it to run faster

Tam speeds up and then looks at Lea and smiles at her.

Lea narrows her eyes a little and speeds up even more, inching past Tam

Tam wants to cheat but he doesn't. "You know you would do great in a flat-out race, right," He speeds up and Alaster shudders and her grinds to a halt. "Damn you Alaster, you have to need new meatal now?" Tam adds new metal as fast as he can and mounts again.
