Books about: Medieval middle grade books set in the middle east

I'm not sure where to put this but does anyone know how I could find books like this? I know there were a bunch when I was kid but can't remember any i need a bunch for an assignment

When you say medieval, do you mean somewhere between the 5th and the 15th century, like it's defined in Europe?

yes up until the end of the cursade

Gosh, I'm not up on my history! Google says the Crusades were mostly over by 1300?
