In a Nutshell- Dhalia is cautious, gentle, and soft-spoken, but can be a force to be reckoned with when she’s angry or feeling particularly protective of a person, thing, or idea. A caretaker. She’s incredibly intelligent, very hard-working, and keeps a cool head in heated situations, easily resolving conflict using a mixture of logic and compassion.
She’s a straight to the point type of person, who feels no need to mince words. She can either be a leader, or a follower, depending on what the situation calls for. However, she questions every move she makes, and if she trips up, even for a second, she condemns herself for it. It doesn’t matter to her what people think of her if they’re thinking good things- she only cares about the negative- no, she only sees the negative.
When someone compliments her, especially someone she knows, she will not believe them. In her mind, they pity her, want to build up her nonexistent ego. The internal dialogue she has with herself is always negative, and she tends to box up parts of her personality, and shove them into different compartments in her mind, to be used when necessary.

In a Nutshell- Dhalia is a muggle born girl, bred and raised in a small town. Everyone knew everybody else, and everything about them. So when the sweet little girl with the pink hair was SA (if you know, you know), and ended up with a baby, everyone heard about it. It didn’t matter that she wasn’t a willing participant- her parents didn’t react well, she was endlessly made fun of, and her friends began to distance themselves from her out of self-preservation. They were all getting a lot of shit for it.
Shortly after she lost a lot of her friends, she was cornered on the street, beaten into a bloody pulp. She lost the baby. After a short stay in the hospital, she went home to find a letter on her bedside table, a beautiful owl perched next to it. The letter had a red wax seal on it, and enclosed inside was her ticket to a new life. Since she had no wizard currency, she found some enclosed for her new school supplies. A trip to Diagon Alley later, she was on the train to Hogwarts.
Four years later, she’s doing well in school, maintaining high grades, but has no real social life. She’s very isolated, having not let anyone close to her again for fear of being rejected at some point in the future.

In a Nutshell- She looks so sweet, you could never guess that she’s a little chaos child. She enjoys mayhem, especially when she is the cause. She has a particular talent with potions, and charms. She has a coldly calculating mind, and picks concepts up quickly. She’s a manipulative little girl, and can laugh or cry on command.
Yet, she has a tendency towards sweetness when she likes someone. She makes friends quickly, and usually she isn’t that close to any of them, but occasionally she will genuinely click with someone, in which case she would follow and support them to the end of the world. Loyalty and trust are really important to her. And they are not given easily. She isn’t above lying and cheating to get her way, unless she’s formed an attachment to the other person.

In a Nutshell- She was born into a middle class wizard family. She’s always been enchanted by the idea of magic, and of being able to do it herself. She also did gymnastics from a young age. Ever since she knew what Hogwarts was, she’s wanted to go there, and she often daydreamed of the day she would receive her letter of acceptance into the school.
She had a couple of older friends, some of which had wands of their own. When they were playing together over the summer, she convinced one of them to let her hold his wand. She immediately tried to perform a spell- but it went horribly wrong. A blast of power was released from the wand, hitting one of her friends. He fell, dead.
She saw his body hit the ground in slow motion, felt the impact in her bones.
Needless to say, she got into serious trouble, with everyone. With her friends, who refused to speak to her again. With her parents, who yelled at her until she retreated into a corner, crying, with her hands over her head. With the Ministry of Magic, who postponed her entrance into the school. She’s lucky she was allowed to go at all- charged with underage magic and murder, however accidental.

Appearance: Cameron has disheveled wavy dark brown hair that is almost black and tanned skin. His eyes are a brilliant brown with gold flecks, and he is of average height and build. He has a generally peaceful expression, but his eyes are filled with an adventurous gleam.

Personality: Cameron is a rambunctious young lad in his own way. He loves experimenting and despite his track record of getting into trouble, he was top of his class at many subjects, most notably potions. He is impulsive, but (almost) never out of anger. However, he is not very sumbissive and will go out of his way to continue doing what he wants (Which is mainly experiments), and he did not easily forgive.

Backstory: Since Cameron was very small, he was always interested in chemistry, and franky most Muggle sciences. His father was a Spanish scientist while his mother was a British reporter who worked in Spain. When Cameron was 7, he used an abandoned room in his house as a laboratory, and inside fiddled around with most everything he could get his hands on. While he did not like the science classes in Muggle schools his interest in the sciences only grew, leading him to know more about how the world works at the age of 10 than your average secondary schooler. He had always dismissed the magical acts that he had witnessed as him not paying enough attention to the world or the observation being some quantum mechanical or aerodynamic stuff that he did not fully understand...until he got his acceptance letter into Hogwarts. After that, he was determined to swap his knowledge of the muggle world into that of the wizarding world, but the path wasn't easy. Many Muggle facts are still stuck in his brain, and he always defaults to that explanation of the world, leading his Wizarding education to be a bit of a struggle.
