I'm looking for an MC series. I remember one book of the series the most because it was my favorite but I can't remember the name. I think it started off with two boys who grew up together, one who's father abused him or made fun of him because he stuttered/was mute. I remember he became President and his best friend VP I think. The best friend/VP translated for him. That's all I've got. Hopefully one of you can help me cause I really want to read it again.
