Haha. That one will be easy for me. I only have two of the cartoon covers. And I'm not in a hurry to read those. The only 2 I would really like is the kids and the punctuation. I think I have some for all the rest of them. I'm so glad I got to pass on this week. That's the only week that I was like ugh.

Lol tbh the pass i used i didn't end up needing as i ended up reading book with dog on cover the friday evening 😂

But i just couldn't be asked to post then and figured may as well leave it.

I just wait to see what shows up, majority i can find something for if try... I have read a few books with kids lately so that would be fun and punctuation now that i check, i've actually got a few that fit to other Challenges to double there too 💕

AliciaJ | 1869 comments I'd like the ratings one or the one with kids. They would both be easy to find for me. I would have a much harder time trying to find a book with a cartoon cover. What is the one with punctuation?

Awesome, well hopefully we get a good one. You and Fran have priority for pass this week and/or next though if need it.

Ohh, I didn't see that one when I looked at the list. My brain must have just skipped right over it lol.

I'm waiting to see what gets called before I ask for a pass. If it's cartoon covers then I will likely ask to pass this week.

Review:
Theres something about this authors writing that i adore and grabs me in the best way, i fell in love with these characters and their story instantly. Its a sweet, hot, steamy and entertaining story all wrapped up in a lovely setting that i enjoyed so much.

Both Josh and Nathan have a lot of development throughout, as learn their pasts and see their romance progress. Its instant attraction and rather quick to fall in love, but fitting to these two and i liked that Josh was more assertive too.

Considering Nathans the incubus and his magic, i liked that Josh wasn't all innocence and that scene while snorkeling just wow.

Their chemistry is hot as hell and so much intimacy, the whispering and dancing. All the moments of getting to know each other were amazing, such as the songs and talk of family.

All of the side cast is incredible and well developed, from all of Josh's family and his friend Aaron.

The rest of the crew on the ship Roxy, Penelope and the Captain of course. Along with Sarah and her parents, there was just lots of little details and stories going on all around that were great.

I am weak for photography in books so that was sweet too, and shoutout to the fishing pole with mistletoe that was hilarious and smart.

Overall i loved this story and was a quick fascinating read, with a lovely happy ending for everyone.

I hope to see more books in this series as many interesting characters and would love to see more journeys aboard the ship 💕

Review- This shorter story was so cute! I loved Sandra and Gabe. The end felt a bit rushed, I wish the author had made it a bit longer. They were so fun to read about. Sandra is a shy assistant and Gabe is one of the bosses at her office (not her direct boss). The women sidekicks at the party were awesome and led to my favorite scene in the story (no spoilers). I didn't realize that the story takes place at holiday time so that was a bonus :)

Review: This series just gets better and better, and this is the best so far. Jane learns so much about herself in this one and grows so much. I love the scenes with Aggie, it's always fascinating to see those glimpses of her past. As for the guys in her life, jeez. (view spoiler)

Her relationship with the vamps, especially Leo, is getting more and more convoluted too. It's going to be interesting to see where the story goes next.

Review ~ Oh how I love my BDB!!! So many things I'd forgotten about Xcor. You just got to love that sweet tortured male! And Rhamp & Lyric, I can't wait to see them grow up. Rhamp & his toxic diapers was no doubt the comic relief in this book.

I really don't know why everybody has such a hard time with Layla. I think she showed a strength especially in her situation where she was torn between her love and loyalty. I actually admired her. Of course who couldn't forget the creep robe. This stupid storyline. 🙄🙄🙄

Review- I was looking for something light and fun to read (as usual, lol). This was light and kinda cute. Wilson is a reporter looking to write a story on Bigfoot. Owen is a cutie that lives in the small town that Wilson is investigating for its past Bigfoot sightings. Bigfoot lore and a sweet relationship are explored. There are some side characters from the town and an annoying boss to round out the story. A nice way to pass a few hours :)

Review ~

It was a 4-star for me. I really liked it so much better than the last 2,

That's the only reason I took off the star was that she was really wordy. I do hope she realizes that word count necessarily a good book does not make.

I did really love his backstory. Actually, I loved hers too. Both were tortured & scarred outside & in. I Loved the whole pirate theme too. I wish Mortimer would have gotten more his due. But anyhoo, he was in a hurry. Lol

I will Def be continuing to read this author. I am interested in her spin-offs & am wondering if The Devil You Know series is completely new or a spin-off of some kind as well.

Review: This was an ok read. I wasn't blown away by the characters, who just seemed silly and over the top, but I did enjoy parts of the story, like when Sam was first hired at the agency and was wrangling his new team. But overall, the humor seemed forced and I really didn't like Gideon, who really took the cake as the ultimate asshole. Anyway, I won't be reading any more of these books, that's for sure.

Review:
I adore this authors work so much! This series is incredible and this book has probably taken favorite spot for me. Had me hooked from start to finish with this story, i loved getting to learn more about Bannon and explore a new world in this univere.

The highlands are a weakness of mine and are done beautifully here, with all the characters and the world building was perfection as always. Also major admire the use of language here as it was wonderful, really showed the differences of where they originate throughout.

Plenty of actions scenes in this book, lots of revelations and some previous characters get to shine here which was fun. There is a lot of amazing relationships in this one, especially friendships and the clans members were just incredible.

Especially adored Bannon and Louisas friendship, they really shined for me from the start as they support and challenge each other in the best ways. I just really loved their bond, Cieran has an amazing group too. Also Ian and Fiona were hilarious.

I liked the bogles, the flaggers, gardening and the battles. Cieran and Bannon have incredible chemistry, they just bounce off each other really well and both are flawed. Yet a lot of their love and admiration for the other was for those as well which just gave me all the feels.

Oh and Timothy is the best muse ever, i wasn't sure on at first but he made me smile always and i liked Cierans recognition. It was such a sweet happy ending for everyone, with lots still to look forward to in the future 💕

This book just made me so happy and was so close to a 5 star, if not for the ending feeling sudden. Still perfect way to finish with these two and shall keep an eye out for more in this universe xx
