no new readers listed as reading

Ok, I'm still having a problem. My new book WITHOUT HER CONSENT came out two days ago and is not showing any people who have added it to their reading list and has not had any adds in two days.IThere were two listings and one of the librarians combined them for me and after that there were no new adds. So something changed after the combine. It is not a cache issue because it's been like this for two days. My book is at #10 in the UK on Amazon so people must have added it. . I know people who have added it and they are not showing up.
My book listing has an ISBN number only. My other books show a ASIN number ---could that be the problem?Do I only have the paperback edition up and that's why the "adds" are not showing? I'd really like to get this sorted out as Goodreads is so important.

You have two editions, a paperback and a Kindle. I see 120 shelvings. It has nothing to do with the books being combined. We have no other insight into this.
