The Life and Times of Victoria Monroe.
At the age of nine Victoria´s privileged lifestyle is brought to a dramatic end. Her mother dies in a car crash; father has a breakdown and bankruptcy has them leaving their private school, large house and village life to find their new home to be a council flat, on the tenth floor of a rundown tower block.
