Need to find a team?
This thread is the place to shout out to fellow group members to form a team.

In your message, don't forget to include:
* How many books you will read in a month
* Your goodreads User ID
(To find your Goodreads User ID, click on your name (or go to your profile page). In the URL bar you will see something like https://www.goodreads.com/user/show/8.... In this example, your User Name is 8460201-karen))

Remember that this is a self-directed team challenge. You and you alone are in charge of putting together your team - of up to six members.

Once you have put together your team of up to six players (and have ideally chosen a team name), you can follow the instructions at the bottom of this message and complete the sign up form. Only one person signs up on behalf of the entire team.





When your team is ready to sign up:

Sign Ups need to be done by one person who is entering the details for the entire TEAM onto the sign-up form.

Make sure you know before signing up:
* the Goodreads User ID of all your team members
* the email address you will use to access the team spreadsheet (There are generally issues if you don't use a gmail address. Please keep that in mind if you want fast access. More addresses can later be added to the sheet to give access to more team members if you wish.)

If you are unsure whether your sign-up went through or to generally see, out of curiosity, what sign-ups have been received, you can do so on this spreadsheet.
Melissa I am in need of a distraction, and this looks like it is it!
I need teammates :) I can read 3 books a week for about 12 a month. Once I get going on these challenges though, I usually read more :)

Ris This sounds so fun! And I’m quickly becoming addicted to challenges, haha! Looking for teammates, as well. I usually read between 3-4 books a week, for 12-16 books a month.
Melanie This sounds so fun, I'm in. I usually read around 12 books per month, but can increase that as needed (particularly as I am working from home until the end of the year, perfect for the length of this challenge).
Lau Maia I would like to find a team. I usually read a lot but this year is atipical in every sense so I'll commit to 2/3 books per week but probably more.
Jade aka MrsTosh I am always up for a new challenge :)

My average for the year is about 3 books a week, but during challenges I'll sometimes get up to a book per day, assuming ~300 pages. Willing to read longer books!

Struggling a bit with how many books I'll read as I'll be starting grad school right when this begins - I'm committing to 2 a week, though I might be able to do 4 though depending on my workload.

Saar The Book owl @Jade, Annalisa, Chris, Lau Maia and Melanie: were signed in, but still in need of a team name. I can pm that later to the mods. Any suggestions?

@Annalisa, I like the idea of "Ravenous" in the team name. What about "Team Ravenous Readers"? Is our team name also our restaurant name?
Sharon I'd love to participate! I've been in a little bit of a reading slump, so I'm probably on the lower end of 2 books per week. Hoping this pulls me out of it!

Samantha Looking for a team! :) I can read about 2 - 4 books a week just depending on what the work week looks like.
Sarah I would love to join a team - prefer a team with someone who is very familiar with the challenge rules and how to satisfy requirements as I get confused and I haven’t done a team challenge in 2 years. I can commit to 3-4 books a week but usually will go more.
