[Personality:] Lucian is rather shy, and usually keeps to himself, listening to music and sitting in a corner reading a book or doodling some crudely drawn naughty bits on stolen official documents. He is quite the trouble maker, and is always in and out of solitary confinement and the like. Even though he's timid, if you start talking to him, you'll soon realize what a mistake you've made. Lucian is one sassy motherfucker.
[Backstory:] Lucian was currently in college at the time, trying to pass off as a normal human being. However, one stressful day sent him on an emotional roller coaster, and he snapped just before the day was done. His reign of terror was only a few hours long, but he caused major damage. Lucian has been rather lucid since, but he's not very cooperative with anything. It seems only strong emotions trigger him. He refuses to speak about his backstory other than from the time he snapped until present.
[Notable Habits and or Actions:]
- Growls when he's annoyed or intimidated
- Is rather scrappy when he fights, so he bites and scratches a lot. Tends to do that in the sheets too ;)
- Just kind of an asshole when he's in one of those pissed off sassy moods.
[Weaknesses:]
- Quiet, doesn't speak up when he needs to.
- Doesn't stand up for himself very well.
- Overestimates himself.

[Cell Description or Pictures:] Lucian's cell is large, with a comfortable bed and regular furnishings. Even if the furniture is bolted to the floor, it gives off an air of being a normal room. He has a stereo system, but much prefers his locked down ipod and headphones than the radio that plays four songs over and over. The floor is cement, but the walls are a comforting blue, almost as dark as his eyes.
[Requirments For Opening or Viewing Cell:] His cell has a simple solid iron door with the little sliding door so guards can look in from the hall outside. There's cameras in every corner. He's pretty nonviolent, so it's rather safe to come in and out of his room.
[Materials Used To Make Cell:] Cement, Steel.
[Capacity of Cell:] Rather large.
[Viewing Operations:] Cameras
[Abilities:] He gets into people's minds, controls them, makes them numb to the feeling of pain, and therefore pretty much unstoppable pawns. Can blow things up too if he really tries.

[Mental Stability:] 7; rather stable, but can snap to pretty insane with enough pushing.

[Noticeable Characteristics:] Purple 2 inch thick lines coming down from the top of his face and or mask as well as red lips and circular cheeks
[Clothing Style:] In full Human form he wears a black button up suit or full black seamless clothing covering his entire body topped with buttons on the front.
[Personality:] He is a very distant SCP in certain situations but can be the polar opposite in others. He is known for irritability when disturbed by D-class personnel. Has resorted to violence on many occasions when the object known as SCP-1987-1 is turned off or removed from his cell.
[Backstory:] This SCP was found in a old pizza parlor as his doll form. There was no reaction from the SCP when first found as his music box was playing nearby. As soon as he was removed from hearing range of the box he tore through the guards transporting him to get to the music box in the rear transport vehicle where he killed the other occupants of the vehicle as he retreived the mysterious box and the tune played once more as the SCP became Euclid in nature once more. After being transported back to the facility with the object never clearing 10 feet from him and never allowed to turn off. The SCP and its object was placed in a 10 by 10 feet cell with several locked doors between the inside of the cell and the outside in order to keep the SCP contained if there were ever a power failure or the Music box stopped playing for an extended amount of time.
[Notable Habits and or Actions:] Will get irritable when another sentient being enters its cell and will be neutral with said subject until either the subject leaves or the music box gets turned off. The SCP will immediately turn for the subject and will begin to attack the subject until dead and or the music box has started playing once more. Which will render the SCP into a Euclid state to where Personnel can remove the corpse or subject for treatment or disposal. Will change forms at will and has a tendency to sit in one corner of the room while the music box is playing in a presumably resting state.
[Weaknesses:] Can be warded off with a flashing light or very bright light. This will make the SCP cover its eyes and back away from the light. Upon hearing his music box he will almost immediately return to his cell and go back into a Euclid State. Though it has to be played nearby him and not over facility announcing equipment.
[Strengths:] The SCP has extreme conditioning and is extremely fast when it wills it. Can almost be undetected by the human eye when in shadows or darkness. Has incredible strength and can be considered a top priority in a Containment Breach. Can change forms into a human version of himself to fool lower class personnel and or uninformed security.

[Requirements For Opening or Viewing Cell:] OMNI card and written document of highest Scientist in this sector of the facility.
[Materials Used To Make Cell:] The Walls are solid 5 foot thick concrete with metal paneling on the inside of the cell.

[Viewing Operations:] To be Viewed only by Camera due to past breach attempts.
[Abilities:] Has the ability to inspire extreme amounts of fear into subjects along with the ability to shape shift into different forms. Voice altering and Loud Screeching that can deafen unprotected subjects nearby.

Chin Chin became a forgotten God, the millions of sacrifices he got yearly became thousand, then hundreds. Chin Chin was losing power. He is sometimes bullied by other SCPs

Hey I know I haven't posted a character, and I'm not part of the community at all, but I've seen some characters that used Thaumiel. I would like you to understand that Thaumiel isn't a level above Keter. It's something that can be used to counteract another SCP, or something to contain it or something like that.
