Need help finding mystery title

Hello,

I read a book a while ago where this couple moves into a house or cabin in a woodsy area and the wife makes friends with the realtor and neighbor down the street, who is single. The neighbor ends up being obsessed with the husband and drives a wedge between the couple which prompts the wife to leave, thinking he’s cheating, and the realtor tries to kill the wife at the end. Any help is appreciated and I’m sorry the description is vague.

Some elements sound like The Neighbor by a writer named Souza. I don't think that's it.
But if you want a page turner about a couple who move from the big city to rural New England with their teenage daughter and creepiness ensues, look for a copy of Thomas Tryon's "Harvest Home." One of the scariest books ever.
