Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone by JK Rowling – 4 Stars

I loved this series when it first came out – I think I was about 10 when the first book was published - and it is a series I have continued to read as new books have been published. I have re-read this books a couple of times before in German and Spanish, but this is the first time I have re-read it in English. I think everyone knows the basic plot of this book so I won’t go into that, but it was fun to re-read how the series started and to see how Harry, Ron and Hermione became friends. I can’t wait to continue my re-read of the other books in this series.
