Re 359: Deletions are not instantaneous and sometimes take a while. Repeatedly attempting to delete the same item (or to delete multiple editions of a work if the first deletion has not yet gone through) will confuse the system and slow things down.

As far as I can tell, this "book" doesn't actually exist. The photo is of 2 separate books (Vol. 1-2 and Vols. 3-4). There's no ISBN. I can't find any evidence that this version was ever published as a single book. It *might* have been a Book Club edition, but again, I haven't found anything online that ever indicates it was.

Other GR edition records for this book vary as to date of first publication; & thus need to be cleaned up.

My copy in hand states copyright 1994 by Richard, Earl of Bradford 1994; the edition I own is a 1996 ppbk.

The title was first published in Great Britain in 1994.
