Good evening all.

Another round done and dusted..so who cleaned up? Pretty tightly fought contest, with several contenders vying for a spot on the podium..but we have our top three, they are:

1st place: 'Let's All Unite' by Hugh Mundell, one of two songs to make the twenties, nominated by...and he's back...it's the Techmeister! One freshly minted gold one winging it's way to you.

2nd: 'Chain of Fools' by the late great Aretha Franklin, achieved a score of 22 points, nominated by Gordon...so a silver disk goes to you sah..and finally..
3rd: 'Join Together' by The Who, with 19 points, nominated by Jemma, who collects a bronze round one.

Well done you three..and i can leave the dusty spoons where they are for another week.

hugh/pablo's message on this song remains undiluted, and has done since 'the blessed youth' recorded it as a 15 year old. from the exceptional album, 'africa must be free by 1983', which sadly marked the year he died, shot in his car over an argument over the ownership of a fridge!
