1. It has always interested me, and I would love to bring new ideas to the group.2. I think that adding more book discussions woulud be a good idea. It could about a series or a stand alone. But, if I was able to brainstorm with someone else, I think I could add more!

Great job on 150 members and thank you for this opportunity!1. I want to be a moderator because I love organizing things, I love helping and interacting with people, I love this group and this community where everybody knows everybody and I think it'd be fun.
2. I have lots of ideas for games and about yous and challenges that I think this group would love. I have so many ideas that I can bring to this group and make happen.
3. I do a lot of work in challenges, it's what I do most, and best, so my top pick is Challenge Coordinator. My second pick would be the Social Media Manager. I can promote the group in Goodreads, I can also run an Instagram for it which I would make sure was updated frequently and with important details. I would love to write the newsletters, and I think that I could organize and create cool banners and art every once and while to freshen things up. Actually, I think Challenge Coordinator and Social Media Manager are tied, I'd love to do both of them. My third pick is Discussions Major, there are a lot of fun things that could be added to this group that I can do, and I have quite a few ideas.
4. I am a moderator for The Midnight Readers, I've been a mod there since the beginning of May. We currently have 560 members.
5. No I am not, I feel like I'm not going to be able to moderate because you have an age limit, but I thought I would try anyways because this group is wonderful and it has a lot of potential. On a side note, I definitely have the maturity of somebody older than 13. I wanted to add that because it might be maturity that you're looking for, but it also might not be.

Congrats on reaching 150 members! 1. I am a huge book nerd (like everyone else), and I love discussing them with others. This group is one of the groups I'm most active on, and I just love the community. I would love to be a mod because this group is so connected, and we talk about all kinds of things, and because of that, I get to know other people well. I want other people to feel the same way.
2. Adding some more games, and creating some new discussions about new/coming soon books, so we can expand our reading range and find out about new books. I could also think up a few more challenge and readathon ideas.
My top pick would be Challenge Coordinator because I have a lot of experience in organizing events and readathons. My second pick would be Social Media Manager because I have worked with graphic designing and social media a lot. I run the YA Book Club Instagram and I created the logo for The Flashlight Readers. My third choice of roles would be BOTM Head because I have some ideas on how to make the choosing of the BOTMs run smoother.

I would bring a lot of creative ideas for discussions and ill make them appropriate for the majority of the group. Also I would make some amazing polls and questions, and find some really good books for people I also have this great Idea but is ok if send a message telling about the idea because im afraid somebody might take it :((

I think the topic I would be focused more on is BOTMs and Polls because those are my strong suits <3

Yes, I have been moderator before I am currently mod in like 4 or 5 groups. In the groups I think I did pretty well because i work well with people and im open to peoples ideas and i think thats what made the groups im mod in successful

1. I want to be a mod so I can help connect with other readers better and share thoughts on a more wide spread scale. I also really enjoy helping people, and if there was ever a new reader, I would love to help them on their bookish journey. I am very open minded and would love to have a platform to share opinions and start discussions. I tend to have very strong opinions, but am open minded and positive towards different opinions. 2. I would allow a space for some bookish discussions. As I previously mentioned, I have some rather strong opinions that aren't always popular, and I love to talk to people about their opinions to get a new perspective. I am also very open to everyone, and have a wide range on genres I enjoy so I can talk about a very wide range of books.
3. As I am now out of school, my only conflict is work. Outside of work I spend most of my time reading or on Goodreads, therefore I can commit at least 1-2 hours a day, but it would normally be a lot more.
4. I have never been a mod before, but I think I would be a good mod since I am very motivated and take my responsibilities very seriously. I also am very good at talking with people, I love forming connections, which I believe would make me a good fit as a mod. I am also flexible, so if I needed to take on someone else's responsibilities for a while, I gladly would!
5. I would want to be in charge of discussions since that is what I enjoy most about being in groups, but I would happily take part in whatever position you would need me in.

I haven't been as active on goodreads lately, so I think that being a mod would encourage me to interact with more people and be more engaged with groups. I also like coming up with new ideas for discussions and ways to share ideas.

Maybe fandom discussions or bookish debates? Like a topic for Harry Potter, The Hunger Games, Throne of Glass, etc. where people can just talk about their favorite characters or the books/debate about characters vs. characters. Also, bookish playlists would be fun. I don't know if it would be better organization just to post one topic for all bookish playlists, or make separate topics for each book/fandom.
3. How much time would you be willing to commit?
I spend too much time on goodreads, even if I'm not very active, so I check online really frequently. If I have to be offline for a while, I make sure to let people know - otherwise, I'm checking online pretty much a few times every hour until I go to sleep
4. Have you been a mod before? If not, what would make you a good mod?
I'm a mod in several groups on Goodreads (Writing Club, Riordanverse Group, my personal writing group, and some roleplays - I think I modded more groups on my old account, but that got deleted) so I have a lot of experience with modding responsibilities, html, navigating groups, and online conflicts.

Challenges or Readathons? I'm okay with anything, honestly.

1. Why do you want to be a mod?
I wish to be a moderator because it helps me bring out my creative side and fulfills my desire to help people. I like to use every opportunity I can take to be of help to someone. Being a mod in a bookclub gives me a chance to bring book lovers together and organize things related to books, something which I absolutely love!
2. What new ideas would you bring to the group?
Daily or weekly polls, bookish debates, and we could also have a roleplay folder for people who like it. We can also have day long or week long readathons, and restart the "member of the week" which I think has been discontinued from some time.
A place to share our favorite book quotes would also be great. Like that, I have lots of ideas for bookish discussions that can be added. For the BOTM discussions, we could have regular questions and polls to keep the disscusion active and bring in more people to participate in the BOTM.
Quarterly challenges could also be conducted (a challenge that lasts for 4 months. We can have 3 of these per year). Once in a while, we can conduct group events too.
3. How much time would you be willing to commit?
I'm active on goodreads everyday, and regularly check my groups. I'm sort of addicted to goodreads, so there's hardly a day where I don't log in here. If I ever have to go off goodreads for a longer time, I'll let you know beforehand, but I don't think that would happen. So, yeah, I can commit enough time to the group!

Yes! I'm currently a mod for seven groups (some of which have a large number of members), and know the workings of a goodreads group quite well. I'm experienced with handling groups, so that shouldn't be a problem :)

I'm fine with helping with anything you need me for! As much as I love organizing challenges and readathons, I love having discussions too. So, whatever you think you need a mod for, I'll be more than happy to be in charge of that!

I would love to be mod because I enjoy helping people. I just really love to make people enjoy reading more, it is kind of tough to put into words but I just really really enjoy being around and helping people if that makes sense.. lol and Im a very open-minded person to anything so if you need anything im up and readdy to go. I really love this group in general and I love the positivity of this group. I would also invite a lot of people to help make the group grow.
2. What new ideas would you bring to the group?
I will bring a number of creative and original discussion ideas. I will bring more weekly/daily polls, more inclusive discussions, and a ton of more games. I will also have a few ideas that will showcase the amazing members that include, Member of The week, Member of The month, and challenges and games that when a member wins they become mod for a couple of days. Also I will bring some very creative BOTM discussions to get everyone active in the discussions. And for games, boy do I have many games Ideas.
3. How much time would you be willing to commit?
I am willing to commit as much time as the fellow mods need me to commit. I am pretty much active everyday, i'm always on and checking goodreads, let's just say Goodreads is kind of my life. Sometimes I do go on vacation considering it is Summer I will probably be away for some time, but it anything happens I will inform you guys, but I sometimes bring my device with me on vacay so I am active then too.
4. Have you been a mod before? If not, what would make you a good mod?
Yes! I have been a mod before I am a mod in about 15+ groups that are all 100+ and I share all my time wisely between each, so it's not like I give more time to one group that the other, I share my time equally. I am pretty experienced with the whole mod enchillada. So I'm pretty up for the job.

Any Topic is perfectly fine with me, but my range of specialty is really BOTM. I think i would excel in BOTM and I'm pretty good at doing it.
