Personality: Hailey is untrusting and quite self-absorbed at points. She has a nature to be much more carefree when she is calm, which is rare. Hailey puts on an act sometimes, depending on who she is talking to. She can be nice, and used to be, but not anymore. (Ex: There is a huge difference between how she talks to Beth and Sadie vs. Family and annoying people)
Skills: Hailey has had 14 years worth of training in Stealth, weapons, and many more. She mastered in knives, and barely every misses a target. She uses tazors and easily works with most weapons. She is trained in hand-to-hand combat and self-defense, pretty great at both. Hailey does not use guns! She can't stand them, NO GUNS. Hailey also loves to use a bit of tricking, messing with guys and such things. And she does it often, so she has enough training to mess with most. Hailey is also good on electronics after years of experience at the FBI, she can track lots of people and can pull up information in a matter of seconds on anyone.
* I recommend you don't mess with her, she has had quite the training, this is just a start
Family: Hailey has a mother, father, and 3 siblings. Her father runs a giant part of the FBI and controls a lot within the agency. Her mother is a spy with assorted training, not as powerful as Hailey's father, but not a force to be super messed with. Hailey has a 14 year-old brother who is absolutely terrible with electronics. He is with the agency too, just not in any advanced training for younger students, like Hailey. She has a 12 year-old sister too. Her sister is a mindtricker and loves to mess with people, but, unlike Hailey, is not that big with combat. Hailey's other brother is 22 and doesn't work with the family. He left a while back and was a betrayer.
History: Hailey grew up in a privileged life without her parents around too much. She was in training as a young kid and fell in love with spy work. At 9, she went on her first mission and then realized all of the dangers. She realized how much danger her father was putting kids in and got pretty pissed at him. At the time, her brother was betraying the FBI and Hailey found out. Instead of telling on him, she went with him to all of the secret trainings, missions, and scandals of turning the agency's work to nothing by undoing it. Hailey met Zay while on those missions and they worked together from while Hailey was 14. At 15 and a half, Hailey got mad and ran from what she was doing, leaving back to her family. She regretted it and happily took the leave to the training school for the FBI and then disliked it, messing with the computer systems to make it seem like she was there and graduating while she was really at The Academy of Espionage.

Other: Only certain people know about Hailey's past under certain circumstances. Hailey is very private and no one really knows details about her past, not her closet friends and allies. At the Academy, Hailey is secretly working with her brother who betrayed to get information. She is trying to take down the FBI bits at a time.
