I knew it was someone from the group, and Chad seemed a logical deduction as I was reading the story.
I didn't think of Chad when the body was found. I actually thought it may be Ed Merrick who was whipped by Pete.
I was certain it was Chad since it was after Sean’s ominous statement and he had been given an “extension” on his trip.
I thought it was Ed, but I knew Chad was in trouble too. I didn't expect them to dump Chad near Bend. It was like he was rubbing their noses in the death of their agent.
If I remember correctly, they dumped the first two bodies on their relatives property (or near it), then they dumped Chad in Eagle's Nest as a warning to the ATF/FBI not to interfere. Right? Or was it for Truman not to interfere?Either way...what if they had just buried Chad's body like they did some of the other former members? No one would have thought it strange that they didn't hear from Chad or Mercy. They'd probably both be dead by the time they looked into it.
Robin wrote: "If I remember correctly, they dumped the first two bodies on their relatives property (or near it), then they dumped Chad in Eagle's Nest as a warning to the ATF/FBI not to interfere. Right? Or was..."Good point, Robin. Up to this point I hadn't thought much about Chad and this tied the two storylines together neatly.
