Author should be Rob Halpern.
The book is a translation of Disaster Suites.
Record also lacks cover image which is available at publisher Perdu (Netherlands).
It is also missing Frank Keizer & Samuel Vriezen as translators/editors.
Bit of a lazy user submission it seems.
