How to credit an editorial reviewer with no specific platform?

Hi all, here's a question for you. I just got the most wonderful review-- beautifully written, a real gem. I want to use it as an editorial review because the book isn't for sale yet. The only thing is, this reviewer doesn't have any specific qualifications. (I met her through a fan site for a topic the book touches upon, but that topic has nothing to do with writing.)

How should I credit her? "Firstname, Initial, Advance reviewer"?
