Trying to find affordable line editor.

Hi there. I'm getting closer to self publishing my book and was wondering about editing. Who does every one recommend for a line edit? Thank you

I recommended to a friend at work who was going to self publish to find an English teacher to do it.

Especially now with the shutdown there should be some willing to work at a reasonable rate for cash or equivalent.

My friend found one who did it cheap and then kept doing more for free because they liked the book so much!
