I need help for two different issues.

I'm on my third polishing of my book I'm about to get published. The title is: Love And Protect Your Children: Be A Good Parent by Joan Jessalyn Cox
First a good problem: Mercy hospital has requested two copies to review as a possible gift to new parents. I know nothing about how to approach this blessing since I have never sold my books in bulk or to a large business or community. My second problem: I need another place to have my third book printed. I need to hear from people who have a dependable printer, not one that will wait for a year to pay you, then try to keep from paying you all of what their own books say is due you.
