I read this romance book back in the 90s but it was probably written earlier because I found it at a garage sale. The main female character (if I remember correctly) has either a heart attack or a stroke while driving, gets into an accident and goes into a coma. Her sister steps in to help out her brother-in-law and nieces. On the night before family was to turn off life support, sister and brother-in-law sleep together. The sister in the coma wakes up next morning. The other sister finds out she is pregnant a few months later. Pregnant sister later meets a stranger when she gets lost during a storm on a mountai. The stranger ends up being her new obstetrician and they start a relationship. I think the author's last name may have started with a D but since this book was read 20 years ago, I could totally be wrong

YES!!!! Thank you so much! I have been trying to find out what it was called for ages because I enjoyed the book and my copy went missing when I moved.
