Buddy Read: The Red Room Preparation Read

My bestie, Elissa, and I are (re)reading Fifty Shades of Grey to prepare for her birthday, which coincides with the movie release and therefore merits a Red Room themed birthday party!

I'm 3% through it. I am enjoying it the second time.

My first thoughts...

*Interesting that Ana listens to indie rock. I guess I didn't even think about it; interesting that the movie soundtrack doesn't include much.

*I forgot that the story is set in my home state. Makes me miss the Pacific Northwest!

If I had not read it already 30 times, I would join in. Still not sure how they are gonna make it a movie

I am just about to start reading the series again before I go and see the film,
I love Jamie Dornan in 'The Fall', so can't wait to see him in this, and how they put a good series of books onto the big screen. I am so used to seeing a film loosing something when going from book to screen, I hope that won't be the case this time.
