ABANDONED. Romance: She became pregnant but he has also a child with another woman

I remember some things from the plot. I remember that they met at some social event and their parents knew each other. They fell in love but he had to marry another girl(he had daughter with her - I think that her name was Zoe). She was alone and found out that she was pregnant with his child(a boy- his name was probably Tyler) and she was raising him on her own. When he was a little bit older, he was in some sort of camp or something and he met here with Zoe and they became friends. The next thing I remember is that Tyler and his mom(main female character) went to some event and they met Tyler's grandma(the main male character's mom) and she realised that Tyler looks a lot like her son when he was little. She told it to her husband and also to her son(Tyler's dad). When he heard that he wanted to see for himself and he went to her apartment. He was angry at firt because she didn't tell him that he has a son but then he realised that he still loves her and she still loves him. Later they found out that Tyler and Zoe know each other and all of them started to live together. I don't know for sure but I think that in the end they were married and had twins.
It was ebook, it could be published between 2010-2019
