Why hello all! My name, as you can see, is Lora and I am happy and excited to be helping out around this little nook in the wide internet! I absolutely adore the fantasy realm and my comfort books tend to revolve around either fey/sidhe and Forgotten Realms/D&D. I am also a huge Potterhead complete with tattoos and a wand picked out for me by the man himself (at WWoHP). I love to write and have two manuscripts going and partake in National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) .

I blow glass (tubes) and chase after my toddler and husband. I also (attempt to) blog so feel free to drop by The Misplaced Selchie. That is me in a nutshell!

Loved to know about the tattoos, I'm hoping to get some book related tattoos in the future! And blowing glass is so freaking cool, just watching it is so fascinating!

Since we're talking about tats, I'll throw out that my daughter has several from her favorite books. A Deathly Hollows symbol from HP on the back of her neck. an Alice in Wonderland graphic on her foot, a line written in Elvish from LOTR across her lower back and a symbol on her shoulder from one of her favorite supernatural books of which the name escapes me. Fun topic to discuss!

Adriana, I have the Deathly Hallows and the Dark Mark. Both are behind a ear, which makes me usually call my Dark Mark a baby one lol. I also want to get a Hufflepuff inspired tattoo.
TJ, sounds like someone had a mama that raised her right! I love the Elvish tattoos and contemplate that. I just don't know what to get in Elvish lol. Besides my HP ones, I also have Capricorn and the planetary symbol for Saturn on one wrist, a heart formed by a bass clef and treble clef on the other wrist, kanji on my spine that says "eternity" and "inner peace" and a St Clement's cross on my left shoulder. I'll try to post them on my blog for y'all. :)

They sound so cool, Lora! I have a big pocket watch tattooed on my inner right forearm. I would love to get some tattoos related to books in general or related to some of my favorite books. I still haven't decided on anything specific because saving money while in university is impossible for me so I'll probably just get back on that after finishing my degree!
