I’m wondering if they made several versions of Darrow, and if there are several of him setting off the various bombs across the system? They keep talking about breaking off the roots to take out the tree, so it would be cool if we found out at the end that Eo was a gold doing just that, being raised as a red to infiltrate and create a weapon in Darrow that would destroy the system. She was always pushing him to action, so perhaps every word she said to Darrow and her sister was calculated for the cause,
