RC/Kagune Type: Is kagune is a bikaku that look like an serpent tail. It's white and red and have an sharp end.
Half-Kakuja: When he activates half of his kakuja, his bikaku wraps his two legs, transforming him into naga. He also develops and koukaku kagune which cause his two arms to become armored and claws to replace his fingers. Also his face transform a little. Is mouth become like that:
Kakuja: When he activate his kakuja he became a giant Sea Serpent.
Family: He's an orphan.
History:Mizu Hebi was like any other ghoul, but he had no parents. He wandered the streets. He was stealing to survive. But one day, a person looked and saw his potential. This person was Mikao. He took him to the base of the Creed Of Mecca and trained him so that he opted for a force necessary to fight. Now he's an killing machin working for the Creed Of Mecca.

Kinda hard to explain, like she got her D.N.A. messed up and though she looks human she has these massive tail things that cannot be retracted or anything. If I had to say... a Xana.

Appearance: https://www.zerochan.net/828306 but with 1 massive snake like tail with 3 bone spikes on it along with smaller ones with the same spikes. She looks very very pretty though. She also had long retractable claws around 50 cm.
Personality: Outgoing when she feels safe. She can be so cruel and lash out when she feels threatened or upset or hungry… basically she is nice when happy and mean when anything else.
History/Bio: Born in Mecca Afaf quickly learned the good and the bad of this world, all her wonders and horrors. She was married off at a young age to a much older suiter. She was very unhappy with her borderline abusive husband and decided to reach out to a family friend by the name of Mikao who promptly murdered the husband and the two of them ran off to Japan in order to avoid the repercussions. From there they started a store in Tokyo and the rest is history.
Tails appearance: Afaf has 1 large and over 20 small snake-like tails with 3 bone spikes on each.
Special abilities: Afaf can control some electricity around her, her tails are venomous and her claws can penetrate over 30 cm of the strongest steel out there and can slice tanks in half if she is close and lucky.
Weaknesses: She is slow, she has a hard time coping with loss or her feelings at times. She does not know when to quit or retreat.

A tall man, standing at about six foot. He has a lot of toned muscle, not wanting to be bulky as that may hinder his movements. He often wears jeans with black sneakers, a button up shirt and a black coat overtop of that. He has dark hair that fades out to blue near the tips, and particularly thick eyelashes. Futatsuki has pale blue eyes, and is quite handsome overall.
His mask is what earned him his Alias (Hades). It appears as the top half of a skull on his face, with holes cut out for the eyes. It obscures everything down to his upper lip (leaving his lower jaw unobstructed. It only hides his face, and is held on with a strap), and has two "rubies" inset into the eyes (they appear like gems, however are simply lenses, perfectly fine to see through). He wears his hood overtop of this to obscure his hair.
Background:
Futatsuki was born to a simple family of ghouls, the mother of which worked hard towards peace, the father of which had no care for it. It was born illegitimately, a mistake to the horror of his mother, and to the delight of his father. From a young age he was brought up as a fighter, taught techniques from his ever-loving father (insert sarcasm here). Futatsuki was taught by experience, a philosophy of his fathers that led to a quick resentment on Futatsuki's part. Often going to sleep broken and bloody, Futatsuki's body adapted a higher level of regeneration to deal with the constant abuse he would receive. He quickly built up the realisation that winning a fight is not just about brute force, you've got to be clever, quick on your feet. Tire out the opponent. With this he went on to kill and eat his father, sick of the old mans techniques. He avoided his mother, leaving home and going out on his own, gaining a few... bad habits, namely in the way of binge eating and aggression...
Personality:
Typically detached from others, he tends to avoid making pacts and truces. He's cold, and with a lack of moral value, he's prepared to kill anyone that annoys him. Despite this, he can have a soft spot depending on the person, which may appear randomly. Furthermore, he will protect those close to him to his dying breath. Despite his "tough guy" attitude, he can be quite a softy, just gotta get him with the right people.

Appearance:
Futatsuki's bikaku is blood red in colour, looking almost crystalline in nature. Exiting out around his coccyx, he has two seperate tails, each one ending in three claws. These claws are evenly spaced around the tip, razor sharp, and are capable of acting as hands - or twisting together to form deadly spikes.
Abilities:
The claws on the ends of the tails are razor sharp, and are capable of acting as "hands" or twisting together into spikes. Overall, this bikaku could be mistaken for a rinkaku to the untrained eye. It's faster than your run of the mill bikaku, giving it the edge over others of its kind, not to mention its strange claws on the end.
Strengths:
Futatsuki was brutalised for most of his life, and thus has developed an unholy level of pain tolerance, as well as an incredible regenerative factor. In addition, he's quick on his feet, able to predict his opponents attacks with some level of accuracy depending on a variety of factors (most of the time he has to fight for a little bit to be able to accurately do this).
Weaknesses:
He's cocky. Even though he understands there are some he cannot beat, he doesn't care, and believes he may be able to pull through if he simply continues to beat into them. In addition, he can be manipulated with nothing more than a pretty face and a kind smile - something he never received in his childhood. Fits of rage may cause him to become blinded, albeit much more dangerous in a fight.

History: Anais’ parents were both killed by the CCG. Her aunt took her to America to seek refuge. While in America Anais got an amazing education, and was always top of her class. As she reached her teenage years her aunt was found and killed by a group of investigators. 12 at the time, she attacked the CCG, she didn’t do that much damage though. The CCG acknowledged her bravery and willingness, and gave her an A+ rating. She dropped out of school and focused on getting stronger to avenge her family. She began to feed on humans and ghouls obtaining a complete kakuja in a matter of years.
The CCG made an operation to eliminate her, but failed miserably. She was overwhelmingly powerful, she took a huge chunk of the CCG’s pride in this battle as well. She was given the alias SunShine based on the appearance of her Kakuja.
Rinkaku
Her Rinkaku resembles a golden tentacle. She uses it for mid to close range attacks.
Ukaku
Her Ukaku is a set of four golden wings. They faintly resemble a butterfly’s wings.
Kakuja
Her Kakuja doesn’t look all that special, her kagune just grows extremely large. Her Ukaku changes into the shape of a sun, and her Rinkaku looks like the sun rays from the sun.

History:
Tanique grew up very poor. Her parents disowned her for having human friends. She’s always kind to everyone around her even to her enemy in battle. She is a master negotiator and business owner. Tanique opened up a coffee shop much like Anteiku. When she turned 19 she learned her parents had died and the CCG was on the hunt for her half brother. She found him and took him in vowing to keep him safe. Eventually she was reunited with her cousin Anais. They later formed a Human/Ghouls Rights group named “未来希望” (Future Hope) In there small hometown of Noblesville Indiana. After a month of owning the shop Tanique and her half brother (Chase) set out for Soka, Japan, while Anais set out for Tokyo.
Tanique’s first run-in with the CCG was when she was saving her brother. She wore plain clothing and a plain masquerade mask. She possessed a lot of skill and easily won the battle. The CCG named her Chic because they all found her style to be rather impressive.
Kokau
Tanique is very skilled when it comes to using her kagune. She inherited her Kokaku from her mother. When Tanique is fighting from a distance she shapes it out to be a giant hand. When fighting close range it’s shaped like a crescent moon.
Kaguja
Her kakuja is an armor. It covers her entire body only revealing her hair (Much like Arata Kirishima) When she uses this her regular Kokaku tends to stay the same while her other kakuhos create the armor around her.
Appearance: She looks nothing like her father or brother. Her mother was from Africa and her father was an english man from Europe. Tanique has tan skin and long wavy hair. The tips of her hair are purple. She’s never really up for any of the latest trends, so she tends to wear older clothing. She is shy but very polite. You can seemingly always find her smiling or laughing.
