A kind and friendly person to everyone, unless you're hated by her or being rude to her. When fighting or eating human meat, she stays serious and doesn't speak a word to anyone. Sakura is also not a fan of killing humans for fun, she hates to see people suffer and will try to help immediately. She is strong and independent enough to kill so will not be classified as a weak ghoul. She owns a katana which she prefers to use to kill humans with other than her Kagune, and the katana is crafted from another ghoul's kagune, so it can harm other ghouls, but she decides to use it only when it is really needed.
History/past: Sakura grew up in Kyoto, and both her parents were killed by the CCG when she was twelve. Her brother moved away to Yokohama recently, and he has been trying to develop weapons that might help against the CCG. She has also learnt advanced kenjutsu (katana sword-fighting) techniques from her father and so has her brother. She can usually be found in Anteiku or near the park.
Job occupation: Student but also works part-time at Anteiku.
Mask: Black and red Kitsune mask that covers the neck, it has a silver slash over one eye and seems to be scratched a little.

Personality: James is a quiet ghoul. While others are running off hunting eating and fighting he prefers to sit under a tree and read a book. he prefers to be alone and is a massive introvert, except for when he's with close friends in which case he shows his true colours. He's funny and random and always has something to say about anything. He prefers not to fight, finishing off opponents quickly and quietly, but when it comes down to it he is an extremely skilled fighter and can quite easily take on a small team of investigators.
History: James grew up in the 19th ward. When he was young his entire family was murdered by the CCG. They thought his house was a hive for ghouls but they were wrong. He was badly injured and had to have some organs replaced. The doctor he was sent to just happened to be a ghoul in disguise and replaced James' organ with a ghouls, as an experiment to see if he could make himself more powerful by putting a humans organs in his own body. The process worked on James but when he tried to reverse the process james woke up and went berserk with hunger. The doctor was killed but not eaten as James' human side took over. James then left and lived on the streets for about 3 years. He eventually he found Anteiku. He has now lived their for 2 years and is good friends with some of the ghouls there.

Kagune: Rinkaku [James' kagune is a 10 metre long scorpion tail like rinkaku protruding from his lower back, He can release two at a time. He excels in dodging and prefers to fight from a distance. The twin claw tips at the end of his Kagune is extremely sharp making it excellent at spearing. the sides are broad and blunt meaning he can bludgeon his enemies to death. But he prefers not too.]
Additional Information: James is an extremely skilled fighter, which came from living on the streets. He excels in dodging and unarmed attacks. He prefers to kill enemies quickly, if at all, and from a distance. He also has medium regeneration abilities with small injuries healing almost immediately and larger wounds taking longer to heal.

Appearance: Blake is about 6 feet tall and wears loose fitting clothes. He never takes off his glasses and wears a dark brown beanie that covers grey brown hair. He usually wears a blazer and special dress pants that allow free movement. because of his unique fashion he has been nicknamed 'The Gentleman' by the CCG.
Personality: Blake is quite an extrovertious person. He was once a part of the Clowns and is best friends with James Hatorii.
History: Blake has lived a pretty good life. at birth he was diagnosed with rapidly deteriorating eye sight and has to wear special glasses. the dark side of his life was when he joined Aogiri. There he fell into heavy cannabilism and has a full kakuja because of it. He eventually left Aogiri. He then moved house and is now a bank accountant. He enjoys hanging out with James and reading manga.

Kagune: Bikaku [Blakes bikaku is approximately 7 metres in length. Blake is an opportunist. when he sees the opportunity to take a kill he takes it. He brutally slices up opponents, Human or ghoul and eats them. his Bikaku appears as a large spike. it's blue with black running through it. He can release up to two at a time.
Kakuja: [it appears as 4 18 metre long demon tails, with a long thick body and the traditional spearhead tip.
Extra Information: Blake is a highly skilled martial artist and can take on almost anything you throw at him. He is unpredictable and wild during battle making it hard to hit him when he gets moving. His only let down, and the difference between rank SS and SSS is his inferior speed and self consciousness. Blake is always self conscious about his glasses and if you can point out one wrong thing he'll try and fix it. He also hasn't had much speed training meaning his stamina and speed are quite low.
Relationships/friendships: James Hatorii (Friend), He has no current relationship and is very flirtatious. (not with James though, he no no feelings accept friendship for James as James is not bisexual or gay)

Appearance: Hantei stands at a short 5f 3". he has pure white hair and a disease that makes his eyes colourless, much like a blind person but he can still see. he is blind in his right eye which means when he activates his kagune only his left eye changes. He always wears a black hoodie and shorts with a white stripe down the side that come down to his calfs. Under his hoodie is a white t-shirt.
Mask: Hantei wears a mask that looks like a skeleton missing the bottom jaw.
Personality: Hantei is quite chill. He is pretty extrovertious but also lazy at the same time. He has a burning hatred towards humans, constantly telling them if not for a promise he made, they'd be dead where they stand. he rarely ever follows up on this threat unless they attack him.
History: Hantei has no memory of where he comes from or of his family. His only memory is a promise he made, Please Hantei, don't kill humans... do this as my last... dying wish... please... please. This is all he remembers. He still keeps this promise, to some extent, to this day, only breaking it if provoked. After waking up in the 20th ward, hungry and alone, with only one memory, he began to hunt. He was chased down by the CCG and caught, it was at this moment when he realised his proficiency at dodging. His kagune awakened and he killed all but one of the investigators, Fraser, and sent him back to the CCG with a message declaring war on humans. This made the CCG nickname him 'War skeleton'.

Kagune: Koukaku [his koukaku isn’t particularly special either forming into a shield or a sword coming out of his left shoulder. He isn’t particularly fast but is a tactical genius meaning he is quite formidable on the battlefield.]
Appearance: Kasai is quite a tall individual standing at 7'3. He has fiery red hair and deep blue eyes that shimmer when he is amused or lying.
Personality: He doesn’t appreciate it when people try to correct him, even though he knows he is right, all the time, every time. He constantly uses vocabulary words that even some of the most intelligent people on earth don’t use. He is working on speaking and acting like a regular intelligence person. He can lie better than anyone else and is extremely convincing, he once convinced the CCG he was a regular human and worked there for a couple of years.
History: When Kasai was born he was completely deaf, blind and mute. He spent these years of his life in complete sensory deprivation. Then when he was 10 he finished inventing new eyes, ears and a voice box. He got these surgically implanted and then he could show his genius. His parents knew something was strange when their son was turning their appliances into robots. They got his IQ tested and the results were extraordinary. An IQ of 500 is what they found. They immediately enrolled him in college and he graduated in 2 years. He then moved to the states and went to Harvard University and graduated at the age of fifteen with degrees in Neuro-science, biology and philosophy. To this day he has only had a decent debate with James Hatorii.

Appearance: Split is just Rin Okumura from blue exorcist. i'm too lazy to make an original character design. He wears the white jacket that rin was wearing in the first episode too.
Mask: His mask is smooth and fits his face like a hockey mask. It has a maniacal smile painted on in a crude fashion, making it look like it is melting. it has a large white stripe in the middle a blood red stripe on the right and a pitch black stripe on the left.
Personality
Split: Split has split personality disorder. In his regular form he is a happy, Jovial person, enjoying company from friends and strangers alike. He is quite extrovertious and loves attention. He then changes when he activates his Kakuja/Kagune.
Split (Kagune): Split with his kagune out is quite different. He loses his happy personality, switching his smile for a scowl. He's quite sour and warlike like this. Always picking a fight and decimating enemies.
Split (Kakuja): Split with his kakuja is a formidable opponent. He has a crazed maniacal smile and is constantly letting out maniacal laughs. He is sadistic and enjoys watching opponents suffer. He well surpasses Jason with this. He simply beats his opponents limbs off. He demolishes their body and leaves them with salt in their wounds.
History: When Split was born he was perfectly fine. He was a happy child, even if he didn't understand why he couldn't go outside. Until one day when he was 10 he understood, ghouls are dangerous, and that meant him. His parents were killed by a mixture of the CCG and ghouls. The ghouls attacked first they came banging on the door, demanding the young ghoul come out and play. His parents told him to hide upstairs so he hid in the bedroom cupboard. The CCG discovered this large mass of ghouls and went to investigate. They then stormed the home. It was a huge battle, and mess. Everyone died, except split. He came downstairs only to find a massacre. His parents dying wish was that he wouldn't hold anyone except the ghouls responsible. After this he went crazy with grief, his kagune erupting from his back and he ate every dead body in sight. This made him develop split personalities and a full kakuja. He then journeyed to the 20th ward and is being trained by Kasai (see above this one for the reason why).

Kagune: He has a bikaku [it's the same shape as Nishios but has smaller tales sprouting from it. It's irregular because the center main tail is a pure white and the smaller sprouting tale on the right is red and the other small one is a pitch black. It's about 7 metres long. it's just an estimate as he never lets anyone measure it.]
Kakuja: [His Kakuja is in the same colour fashion as his kagune but much larger. it is 20 metres long. It appears as 3 large snake heads.

Personality: Ketsuki tends to be a very energetic and fun loving character who doesnt care to kill ghouls or humans alike. He is a very intelligent individual that can be pretty sadistic when he wants to be. He is much liked by people for his enthusiastic charm and charisma. But he does share a hatred for the CCG.

His background isnt really known since he doesnt talk about it too much. But when someone ask all he told them was his parents were killed unjustified. But what really happened was the CCG killed his parents when they were trying to protect him and he escaped. Soon he enrolled in the CCG be coming one of the most known Special Class investigators for his brutal and effective, efficient ways of killing and tracking ghouls. And as a ghoul he became known as the most sadistic brutal ghoul in the groups know as clowns and Aogiri.

Kagune type: Bikaku (Fujio’s main kagune is black with orange streaks in it, he inherited it from the ghoul whose organs are inside him.)
Kakuja: His main tail becomes more spiky and sharp, and he gains three extra purple tails that are armoured, fast, and can easily beat most kagunes.
Fujio Yoshimata has lived in Tokyo his whole life, and both of his parents were CCG officers, he lived next to his sister before moving to a different part of the city, nearer to the 19th Ward. They had killed Sakura's parents and were both very skilled with katanas similar to the way Sakura and Taki are. Fujio was made a half-ghoul ,with an organ transplant, when he was attacked by Taki (Sakura's brother) when out at the park, his organs were ripped out but Yume noticed and called an ambulance. The ghoul's organs that are inside him belonged to a very kind but aggressive ghoul, so Fujio can be quite sarcastic at times but also can be kind. He’s mostly friendly and will love to help out.
When he came to work for the CCG (he was forced to), he was given a quinque katana and was forced to become a Dove. Fujio will only kill ghouls that have done wrong and will brutally devour their corpses. He has become a kajuka and has grown two extra bikaku tails, along with the orange and black one he had when he first became a half ghoul. He is kind to most ghouls, but may end up killing them if they get in his way. He chooses not to kill normal humans, and instead kills CCG officers or ghouls in secret and does not get caught. He also works at Anteiku in his spare time. Most of the CCG officers do not know Fujio is half-ghoul, but the head of the CCG knows he is, and only accepts him as he is willing to kill ghouls sensibly.
He has made it to one of the top Special Class Investigation teams for his good tracking skills and excellent and inventive ways to kill ghouls.
He also joined a martial arts club a few years ago, but recently quit as he found he had learnt all he could about destroying his opponents. He even beat Taki and most of Aogiri. He can also wrap his tails round his arms to make his attacks stronger.
Many gourmets have tried to eat Fujio, but none of them have succeeded, as he either escaped or killed them. He was even tortured by Jason, but a vision of the ghoul inside him persuaded him to fight, his hair turned red, and he was about to kill Jason but he was attacked by a group of Aogiri ghouls, and after killing the Aogiri ghouls, he saved most of the other ghouls and CCG officers who had a serious chance of getting killed by The Dragon, even Sakura and Yume.
When fighting a strong opponent, his hair will turn red and his attacks will become a lot stronger, and his kakuja will turn black.

Appearance: he stands at 6’10 and weighs over 120 pounds (almost all muscle) with a light tan and dark brown long hair that covers most of his face, his eyes are allmost red looking but are really just a very dark hazel ( this makes his shift to a ghoul less notable but still Easy to note. He Where’s a light red hood black jeans that have been modified to be more of a flexible fabric that looks the same as denim and thin wire glasses which don’t suit his face.
Personality: Zhíxíng can seem quite rude if you don’t know his personality coming off as quiet and antisocial. But he really just has a hard time trusting people as he as seen what humans and ghouls alike are capable of and does not trust either of them once you get to know him he very protective as he does not what to lose anymore friends then he already has. He also very analytical witch makes him judgmental as he is constantly looking for flaws as he never sure if you friend of foe unless your his friend.
Kagune:Rinkaku it appears as 6 5 meter long tentacles ending in a sharp spick potruding out from his shoulder blades like wings they are a dark red colour he use them like extra arms garbing and ripping apart enemies or stab them on the sharp end before eating them like a shishkabarb unfortunately he is slow and a fast CCG officer whould Easyly be able to kill him in this stage
Kakuja: his Rinkaku becomes 15 meters long and becomes an even darker red his speed increases by double and he loses the sense of who the enemy is for this reason he only uses his Kakuja as a last resort
History: when he was 19 he and a couple of his friends were captured by Gourmets that what’d to taste one-eyed ghoul. They performed an operation that killed everyone of his friends except one. One of the Gourmets wondered if a ghoul of pure ghoul blood but human flesh would taste even better so Zhíxíng was force fed the butchered body of his now half ghoul friend as well as the body’s of recently dead ghouls was fed to him to strengthen the purity of his blood. What they did count on was Zhíxíng using that new purity to kill every Gourmet there and eat there body’s all except here heads those he carried in a bag to the main CCG HQ and left the bag full of their heads on the steps leading to the main entrance for this he was given the alias the headsman.

Mask: Blue and white Kitsune mask with two gold slashes over each eye, it is bloodstained and very protective.
Appearance:
Kagune type: Rinkaku, 8 tails that are sapphire blue, more spiky than Sakura's, and a lot more dangerous. Taki likes using them to corner his victims and then run his tails through them, one by one.
History/past:
Taki was 15 at the time of his parents' death, and was also taught advanced kenjutsu techniques from his father. He is also a little better at using a katana than Sakura is, and moved to Yokohama to study weapon design. When he finished the course, he decided to move to Tokyo to get a job. He hates the CCG more than anything and was very annoyed when he was asked to design weapons for doves. Because of this, he always makes sure the CCG's weapons will be less powerful than the weapons he designs and makes for ghouls. He also attacked Fujio, (which was the cause of Fujio turning half-ghoul) but apologised and became best friends with him.
Personality:
Taki really enjoys teasing Sakura in any way he can to annoy her because he knows she can't keep calm if he is annoying her. He is quite friendly when you first meet him, but he is very cunning and ends up finding loads out about you when you talk to him or eat near him. (He's really weird in that way.) He loves killing his victims in the messiest way possible and loves playing around with their emotions and teasing them before they get hit by his kagune. He's never really thought about joining any ghoul organisations, because he thinks the victims he kills are only his to eat. If he gets really annoyed at people, he will start using fighting skills and goes really serious.
He doesn't listen to Sakura when she tells him to restrict it to one person a month and ends up killing two or three.
Extra info: He mostly is in the CCG building designing weapons, but sometimes goes to Anteiku to see Fujio or just relax. He might often wear kimono things or fox ears while fighting. He also raids most of Anteiku's "sugar cubes" when he can't be bothered to make his own.

Kagune type: Ukaku and Bikaku.
Ukaku appearance (Normal): (I am editing this but I will draw out the kagunes) They can spread like wings, and are very dense, and good for protection.
Her bikaku is made of the same crystals as her crystallised ukaku is. It is fast powerful, and can easily take out a group of ghoul investigators.
Kakuja appearance:
The kakjua can shoot crystals, wipe out ghouls, and is made entirely of armoured RC cells, and is very powerful, but she doesn't use it much. It consumes her entirely. Just before her kakuja activates, her hair turns navy blue.History/past: Mizuki is Fujio's younger sister, she became half-ghoul due to the CCG putting her in a lab, and experimented with her kagune by killing a few humans. She learnt how to control it , after a few days, and killed countless doves. She was also sad when her parents were killed, and told herself she would destroy every ghoul that got in her way. She put that aside when she became half-ghoul, because then she might end up killing Fujio and some of her friends at Anteiku.
Personality:
She is mainly a kind, friendly individual who loves making friends, but when fighting, she still shows the kindness, but with a bit of anger. Mizuki doesn't mind killing both humans and ghouls, and takes advantage of her kagune, she also hates to see people suffer and feels guilty whenever she kills someone. She doesn't see Fujio very often, but when she does, she mainly asks how he is and what the CCG is up to. Fujio usually doesn't tell her much about who he's killed, but he does tell her which ghouls are wanted. She also likes teasing her victims, and using her self-defence when she doesn't want to use her kagune up against victims she can easily kill. She also has paid attention to the people Fujio has made friends with, in case they get to know her, or try to fight her.
Extra info: She left Aogiri, decided to be a rogue ghoul and wears samurai armour when fighting in missions (under a dark red cloak, with her mask) or when fighting. Also, her name means 'beautiful moon.' She is wanted and the CCG will do anything to catch her. She also has blue flame powers.
