Those types of mask were traditional on the island she lived on, but when she escaped her mask got broken a bit
Personality: Irina is a shy girl that prefer don't fight, even if she know damn well how to. She is kinda self-centred, having hard time opening herself to others
Ward: She live in the old city under Tokyo.
History/Bio: Irina come from a poor family of a northern island. Her family as Japanese roots. She grew on that cold island till her 20, but then her parents got killed and she was told that if something ever happen to them, she would have to go see her family that lived in Tokyo. This is what she did, when she arrived at Tokyo some investigator arrested her to see what she was doing here, by panic she killed them both and took one investigator quinque, she later found out how to use it properly. She travel to the adress that her family was living, but the house was destroyed, the CCG raided the house since its was filled with 30 ghouls. She is now living in the old city below tokyo, going outside during the day to have fun. She live there mostly to hide herself.

(If applicable) Kagune special abilities: Pseudo-Cryokenisis. Her kagune is freezing cold and a sort of cold vapour come out of it. If Irina is fed enough she can concentrate and her kagune and create some sort of blood red ice spike.
Quinque: The name the Quinque was bearing was, Red Witch.

This quinque is actually an Ukaku one, his ghouls was using his kagune as blades and shoot some spikes. The quinque is build as a spear that can shot crystals one by one, having to wait before shooting again.

History/Bio: Karson was bullied a lot from his childhood till he was done with a year of college, he dropped out after that year and because of this he likes to stay away from other people. He keeps to himself most times only speaking to the people that he knows won’t say something about him. Due to his insecurities he wouldn’t even open up to his parent about his sexuality, being afraid they wouldn’t accept him. Both his parents died in an incident on another ghoul’s turf. He’s spent most of his life in fear of what other people thought. So he moved to get a fresh start

How does is kagune work? Is it shooting or hitting things with it?

it would more be a koukaku type. Since the ukaku are kagune that shoot, but sometimes they use them also as blades. If its an ukaku it always as the possibility to shoot crystallized rc cell

Kagune: bikaku: Takes the form of a black spear

Kagune abilities: black spear inflicts a poison that stops blood flow in that part of the body.

Backstory: Back in Germany him and Henri played as kids, Tsukinara was always older and originally came from Japan to Germany then back to Japan. As a kid Henri and Tsukinara always play fighted with their Kagunes, Tsukinara was evacuated with Henri when they left GERMANY, Tsukinara hid in the shadows and him and Henri ran Vultures Nest, Tsukinara always ran it Henri was just the person to act as a cover up because Tsukinara was being hunted for his encounter with the ccg... He has some sort of power that no one knows of yet.

Read the human thread, it's allowed. My God character is Tatsugami, I still rp with him but he's non confrontational and doesn't get into fights. You've know about Tatsugami for a while

They're for taking out consistent rule breakers, can be ghoul or human, if it's used too off hand a) it won't be fun b) you'll be removed as a mod and possibly from the group

They're not banned I just had to limit them because everyone was making them, in reterospect, didn't work because a lot of SS's people made should have the SSS rank.

Secondary to this as long as you have a good mix of characters with different ranks and don't only use the SSS there's no problem. The regulation was made for diversity it's not in the rules of the RP
