ABANDONED. Savannah - family dealing with paranormal events in newly built home

I read this book around 2003 to 2004. I do not remember the title but it was about a family who relocated to Savannah and the architect husband built the family home with 4 oak trees in each corner and the oak trees were named after the poets Keats, Wordsworth, Shelley and Byron and it protects them from the mysterious house fire. The husband eventually died in his sleep one beautiful morning but his ghost stayed with them for awhile,
