Winds Of Fate
question
What are your favorite things about Andrew and Leah's relationship?

What are the things about Andrew and Leah's relationship that really got to you? For me it was how they matched. Andrew was tough and smart but not really in tune with his feelings. Leah was also smart and strong but very much in tune with her emotions. When they came together, it was almost magical!

I loved how everything came together in the end. How they made the life they truly wanted and their well-earned happily ever after!
What i adored about Leah and Andrew's relationship was how smooth and gentle it was. They took care of each other without really expecting anything in return, and to me that's love in it's real form. I admire the author for being able to capture this!
I loved how Andrew wasn't too direct about his feelings and the times when he acted softly just melted my entire heart! Like when he recovered and told her that he would have to go back to work but that wouldn't change the bond that had formed between them. Oh my !
I loved that scene when their **** was set on **** (no spoilers) and Andrew sat looking at the farm. Then the moment he saw Leah, he took her hand and led her into the house to get warm. That was so sweet and lovely!
I really enjoyed reading all the times they had conversations alone together. On the ship, in their home, by the river (wink wink), it was all very special seeing them grow in love.

I loved how Andrew was Leah's protector and how she was his caregiver. They complimented each other beautifully.

I loved everything from their short conversations at first, to their jokes and teases later and all their love making scenes!
Hello everyone! I just finished reading this beautiful book and I'm not even sure I can choose just one thing I loved about their relationship. I loved how Leah cared for Andrew, like when she sewed him new clothes and made sure he ate when he was ill. I loved how she never complained when she was the one supporting him financially. She was just a female character I really adored!
What I loved about their relationship was that it is different from most I've read. Often, couples take too long to actually be decent to each other but Andrew and Leah started treating each other well from the very beginning, regardless of how they met. I thought that was beautiful and really commend the author Lucia Omonobi for this angle.
What I adored about their relationship was that ultimately, they both wanted to protect each other. She hated the Sheriff and knew that if she told Andrew what he was doing to her, he would help her. However, she also knew that doing so would endanger him and had to endure the Sheriff's disgusting attitude because she thought it was keeping him safe. Andrew's protectiveness was clear from the jump. The way he protected her on the ship just melted my entire heart, and then in the town? It was all so beautiful.
Excited to read the book so that I can also join in the discussion :)
Hello everyone! What I loved about their relationship was the part after Andrew realized he was in love with Leah. I enjoyed reading about their relationship then, the jokes they shared, and just ... everything. I've been going to reread those parts since!
I just finished this book today and I just want to say, I adored it! What I loved about Andrew and Leah's relationship was how different it was from everyone else's. Though it was clear Anna and her husband respected each other, and Todd and Mimi were also cute (especially towards the end), Andrew and Leah seemed to be the only people whose marriage/love was strong and decent. I enjoyed reading how the things that happened between them that didn't happen with the others. It made it more precious!
What I loved about the Winds Of Fate couple was the depth of their love for each other. They truly became two parts of a whole with how they supported and came to understand each other. I remember how Leah used to find it hard to understand Andrew's emotions in the beginning and towards the end, she could predict him moods. It was really lovely!
Another discussion, yaay! What I loved about their relationship was the pureness of it. As you mentioned earlier, i'd also grown weary of the fighting Hero and Heroine troupe who are only brought together by sex before falling in love much later in the end. I loved how, even though they were strangers, they were kind to each other and patient, and how the love just found them.
I agree with these comment! There are different angles to look at their love through, I believe. For me, the favorite part of their relationship was how realistic it was. They met in a horrid situation and didn't just fall in love magically. It built and the more they cared for and did things for each other, the more the love grew. This made it an honest, sweet love. It was lovely and I think Lucia Omonobi did an amazing job here :)

I think the best part for me, this might seem super weird, but it was how they met. It just excited me, that process of randomly choosing a husband from a group of men she didn't know. And then, when Leah chose Andrew, the way he took her hand and nodded, then took her as his responsibility immediately. On the ship, he guarded her while the other men were just terrible and Leah just knew that 'yeah, I found a good thing' lol! This was my favorite part of their journey together.

First of all, let me start by mentioning how glad I'm am to be in the midst of Winds Of Fate lovers! What I loved about their relationship? hmm.. I loved everything about it. I loved their gentleness with each other and the steamy love scenes! Ugh! I also loved their fight towards the end and how Andrew quickly made up with Leah. It was all so dreamy

Hello everyone! What I loved about Andrew and Leah's relationship was the sex scenes! Yes, I admit it. It was not just lust filled with men overly confident in their experiences. They were gentle with each other and learned about their bodies and things they liked little by little.
I liked the scene at the river when Leah gave Andrew a hand job and he was so shocked at first, haha, it was so cute! And even when he took her on the table. The last sex scene by the river showed how much they had become comfortable with their bodies and i really appreciated that! Of course, i also enjoyed their love :0

What I loved about their relationship was how Andrew took care of Leah. From the moment he met her till the very end of the book he was a solid presence in her life. I adored him for this.
I really like how Leah was made to also be a support to Andrew. She wasn't a heroine who sat back and did nothing. And mind you, it's not like those books where the heroine is "said" to be a support but we the readers don't see it in her actions. Leah actually supported him financially! Now this isn't something I read everyday. This made me proud of her representation in the book.

I loved how despite the hideous situation they were thrown into, they remained good and honest people!
What got to me about Andrew and Leah's relationship were the scenes when Andrew was recovering. Those days where they sat in their bedroom getting to know each other better. I felt like i was in there with them and it was all so beautiful. I also loved reading about Andrew trying to seduce her then!
Most of the answers in this discussion have said what I would have but I'll just drop mine anyway. I loved their gentleness with each other and Andrew's alpha male side. Leah also had a cute submissive side but mostly because she knew Andrew only ever wanted the best for her.
