Such fun! I have a couple of audiobook editions (as well as the Kindle book) so I'm in.
I have the Audible production and a physical copy that I’ve been wanting to read this summer. Can’t wait to start this adventure!

I listened on audio a few years ago. Somewhat difficult to follow all the nuances of language, but entertaining enough. Pieces of eight!

Just checked it out. Been on my want to read list forever.
Just finished chapter four. I’m holding my breath along with the characters. So far this is really enjoyable. Is anyone listening?

I started the Audible full cast audiobook but quickly gave it up as it is a dramatization rather than a reading of Stevenson's book. Instead, I am listening to the LibriVox audiobook, version 5 narrated by Kara Shallenberg. I have just finished the first section - such exciting adventures even before Jim and the others take ship! :)
I read the Barnes & Noble Classics but also listened to the Audible production and loved both. I thought they did a good job bringing the tale to life, but the classic was fun. Long John Silver is a character I hate to love. Anyone watch the 1950 Disney movie too?
I have seen that movie but not recently. I wonder if it is on Amazon Prime video...
A big sigh of contentment as I finished this book - so much fun! As I said in my 2013 review of the Blackstone audiobook narrated by Frederick Davidson:Excellent adventure story with pirates singing about bottles of rum & a dead man's chest, a one-legged rogue, and a talking parrot - I suspect that this book is responsible for all the pirate stereotypes I grew up with!
