I love the fun questions! As opposed to just having a title or author starting with a certain letter, for instance. I am always blown away by the creativity and hard work of the mods in this group.
I hope we all be able to see what people came up with, maybe at the end, not just those on our team.
Some can be answered directly, for example, 2 books on my shelf =
What's your pet peeve? Normal People
What is a hidden talent you have? Juggling

You may have written it somewhere, but I couldn't see it. How do we earn the wildcards? (I.e how many audio hours/pages) per wildcard?
Wildcards can be earned at 2000 team pages read, 5000 team pages read, 10000 team pages read, and 15000 team pages read.
Each audio minute counts for 1 page, so you can record audio in the form of page numbers on the spreadsheet.

Can we use graphic novels for prompts and/or pages?"
Yes!

Yes!
I have a question about the bonus/wild cards on the team spreadsheets. If we show some earned, that means we can just fill in a question of our choosing for each wild card?

Yep! If you have earned a wild card, you can write it "Wild Card" for one question rather than using a book for it.

I have updated the team spreadsheets to prepare for Round 2 (except for Icepops, who beat me to the punch!)
I will be updating team points later today, so make sure you are updating your page totals!

There Are No Wrong Answers, Only Silly Questions
This read-a-thon’s team challenge is all about getting to know each other better through some silly questions and creative book choices. Your goal as a team is to accumulate as many points as possible because everyone loves points.
If you want to sign up for the team challenge, head to this thread to be added to a team.
Read a book as an answer to each question. 1 book completed = 1 point earned.
Your book could be the answer to the question by the title, by using something on the cover, based on the plot or themes of the book, based on the author’s name, etc. We encourage you to be creative! Tell your team your answer and how your book fits. We can all read more and get to know each other a bit better. If your team ‘answers’ every question on the list, you can start on a second round where each book is worth 2 points.
There will also be points for team pages read and audio hours listened to, so be sure to add those to your team’s tally! Each team will have a spreadsheet for planning and recording completed tasks.
THE RULES
1. Books need to be 100+ pages to count, or have at least 100 pages left for books already in progress at the start of the read-a-thon.
2. Each question can only be answered once until the whole set is completed at which point you can start in on round 2.
3. Be sure to tell your group how your book fits. We want to know what vegetable you would be and it’s not always obvious that a book is about the owner of a pickle boutique.
4. Have fun and play nice! This challenge is about reading more, working together, and having a good time. Lets keep the easy-going, helpful, considerate vibe our group is well known for along with the spirit of competition. :)
