SOLVED. Help! New adult book about man with multiple personalities disorder [s]

Hey I hope somebody out there can help me .
A while ago I read a new adult book about a couple ( I think they were married). The husband travelled a lot, and their marriage was not great.
In the end I think she finds a article or follows her husband, I can't exactly remember what happened, to a town where his parents lives. Here she finds out that he suffer from a multiple personalities disorder and lives a double life. I think he is married or has a girlfriend in "this" life too. He don't know that he is actually two "persons" and if I remember right the parents in the end tells him everything. The two personalities he is are very different, and they parents very scarred of one of personalities.
Is there anyone who recognize this book, and can tell me what it's called?
