AUGUST '20 SERIAL READER CHALLENGE


Spirit Animal - Salmon
The Season of the Salmon (Jul 22 to Aug 22) is one of growth, maturity and abundance.
Salmon's lesson is to dial down the drama and just be.


TO PARTICIPATE IN THE AUGUST CHALLENGE:

♦Pick five series that you want to read.

♦It can be a new or an on-going series.

♦Post the name of the series and the covers of at least two books that you have not read.

♦There must be at least two unread books in the series. No re-reads allowed.

♦You may re-post a series chosen before as long as there are at least two unread books.

♦Post series now through July 20th.

♦Pairs will be posted on July 21st.

♦Select a series for your partner between July 21st and 24th...sooner is better

♦Next month, read two (or more) books from the series selected for you.

Finished my first - A Stitch in Crime. This is the second book I've read with a retreat setting taking place at Asilomar. It was lots of fun and I'm looking forward to the next book later this month.

I just finished both books from A Ghostly Fashionista Mystery and I really, really enjoyed them both. Thank you so much to Zermeena for choosing this series. I will most likely keep reading from this series and will find more books by Gayle Leeson. Thanks again Zermeena!!!

I’ve finished my second for this challenge, .

I finished both my books a few days ago. I enjoyed them both. I love the Florida setting and the idea that having fewer possessions leads to a freer life. To me Helen is a character who has remade her life, but not really left the past behind. This series does get a little repetitive with Helen's story of her past. I will be interested to see where it goes from here.
