11. Harry had to acknowledge Ray Mora was his prime suspect before he finished investigating him. Should he have done so at the time he did or waited? Was your opinion altered after discovering what he was really doing?

Tracey (trakka) | 407 comments I think he was right to acknowledge Mora as a suspect at the time he did. If he really was the copycat dollmaker then the rest of the task force needed to know as soon as possible.

I agree, Tracey. There's a part of me that wished he'd waited but he didn't have much of a choice.

Same here... but bummer that Harry didn't wait and do it by the book because he really should have been in jail for what he was doing.

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 2240 comments Yeah, Harry had no choice. If he wanted Irving's help he needed to give him the details.

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1392 comments I agree with you, Crystal. Harry really was over the line here, and I did not get the sense that a murder might be happening at that point in Mora's house. Once again, Harry acted on his own, and didn't we all know that the two guys tracking Mora to the theater were not as smart as Mora?

Robin (robinmy) | 1214 comments Harry had to tell his suspicions to the team because he couldn't risk Mora killing someone else while he was gathering evidence. I was disappointed that Harry broke into Mora's house to look for evidence. He certainly wouldn't have been able to use the evidence. He would have had to leave it to find later if they could find enough real evidence to get a search warrant. Very risky.

I hadn't considered that angle.

Agreed! Fruit of the poisonous tree and all.
I always wonder when watching Law & Order about some of the police's actions. They know they don't have a warrant or that the warrant doesn't extend to a certain area and they go in anyway. Really?!

It seems to happen a lot on TV shows. I hope it isn't so prevalent in real life.

Yeah, too often the police cross the line even in real life :0(
