I think I read these books around 2012-2015 (very rough estimate). Possible Spoiler alert: Each book in the trilogy is about a sister finding the love of her life. In the first book, the girl is competing with a guy for the position as CEO for her father's company. I think the guy's name is Shane and he has a hard time connecting with her because she is known around the office for being cold hearted. They finally get together after her father dies and she needs support getting through the difficult time. While looking at her fathers records and stuff they find out that she has two sisters. In the second book I believe that her name is Ashley and that the guy she falls in love with is named Tyler. He is an actor that just got a major role in a movie but has to go to a different country to shoot the movie. At this time the third book had not yet been written. I appreciate any and all help for finding this trilogy!!!

I found a novel about triplets separated at birth, with a hero named Shane in Collide by Juliana Stone. Unfortunately the storyline is different to the rest of your description.

The series is called The Barker Triplets.

I don't know if this will help or not, but author Nora Roberts has published a few different sister trilogy series.
