He nodded and quickly turned it on again.

He smiled and relaxed back to watch the movie.

He smiled sleepily and went back to sleep, holding her.

Just then, the phone rang and Dave jumped, startled awake.

"Hey baby girl," Kylee's mum replied. "How are you?"

"We're great, we just got here about an hour ago but I needed to help your dad thats why I just called," She explained.

"Yes, Christian is okay," she smiled, "are you okay? Do you need anything?"
Mod
"Yes, he's up and he wants to talk to you. Say hi when you see dave," she requested then handed Christian the phone.

"Hi, baby girl," he said weakly, "how are you?" He asked in a raspy voice.

"I know," he said weakly, slightly high too. "How are you?" He asked again.
Mod
"He's on his meds baby, he doesn't know exactly what he's saying," her mum said loudly into the phone."I'm going to be okay," Christian said.

"Awh, I love you too. So much!" He smiled, "say hi to dave, and let him take care of you."

"It's alright, love," he said and gently hugged her.

"He needs his meds, love, otherwise he'll be in pain," he said softly.

"Yes, he will," he nodded and slowly took her away from the home theatre and upstairs to her room where he laid down and opened his arms up for her to cuddle up.

"It's alright to be scared," he said softly as he hugged her tightly.
Mod
"Shhh," he said softly. "Don't think about it, the more you do the more you're driving yourself mad with it. Just be positive." Before she could reply, he started singing gently in her ear.
