One of the friends he had made was picking him up, Katy. He forced a smile and hugged her tightly before getting into the car, trying not to start hyperventilating.

She said that she needed him but he must have gotten am very at her. She rung the doorbell instead hoping they would hear her.

Ana, looking very stressed and exhausted, opened the door. Immediatly, she hugged her daughter tightly.

She smiled some. "I missed you." As she hugged her back. "Teddy said daddy is doing better with his cancer." She said. "And that he is home " she was asking to confirm it.

"I missed you so much," she whispered and pulled her inside and started crying. "He's doing great, he misses you though. He's always remembering you."

"Is Daddy here?"She asked. "You don't have to cry mom. I'm here now good as new." She said.

"Come on, he'll want to see you," she sniffed and pulled her to the room where her father was sleeping.

She smiled some."Do you know if he is going to get the surgery to remove it?" She asked quietly. As she saw her dad sleep.

"Yes, we're flying to Romania in a few weeks to get it," she said, "we're not sure when though." She explained as she went over to wake him up, "Christian.." She said softly.

She smiled a little. "Do you know what he has decided to do." She asked. She looked at her dad. She followed her mom.

"Yes, he wanted to do the laser surgery," she said softly and closed the door behind them.

She nodded. "That's good. " She said looking at her dad. She sat down on the edge of the bed.

Christian shifted and opened his eyes. He had visibly aged and his hair had in some placed gone grey.

"Hi Daddy" she whispered softly. She smiled some at her dad. She was a daddy's girl always will be nothing will change it. She loved her mom a lot but they weren't as close as her brother and her mom.

"Kylee?" He said tiredly and smiled at her warmly.

She smiled. "Yes daddy" She said. "I'm all better now. I'm on my medicines I also have a therapist" she said. "And I heard your getting better too" she said.

"Hey baby," he said tiredly, "hug your old man, will you?" He smiled.

She smiled and hugged him softly. "I love you daddy" She said

"I love you too, baby," he smiled. "I've missed you."

She smiled. "I missed you to." She did very much. "I'm not leaving you guys ever again." She said. "Daddy I have a minor boy problem how can you get someone back you hurt even though you love them?"

"Talk to Dave," he smiled and fell back asleep just as the door wat was rang.

She smiled some. She kissed his forehead some. "Love you daddy." As she got up. "Mom someone is at the door do you need me to get it." She said.

"Yes, please," she requested and sat down on a chair next to Christian.

She smiled some. "Okay I will be right back" she said happily. She walked down the stairs. She didn't check to see who it was. She opened the door. "Hi how can I help you?" She said as she opened it.

Dave turned around to face her, "I'll come back later." He said and walked off.

She looked up to see it was Dave. "Wait theY are here and not busy right now. Don't leave because of me." She said.

"I don't mind coming back later," he shrugged.

"Look you don't have to leave because of me. I know this is a going to be a shocker to you but I'm all better now. And you don't have walk away from me when you see me." She said as her eyes wandered to the girl in the car. "I know you might think I will flip out on you but i won't. And leaving won't do any good I'm going to see if they still want me to move in."

"Fine," he said and stretched a bit, his shirt riding up. "I won't be long." He said and went in.

"They are in my parents room" She whispered. Her therapist said that when she was upset to talk to someone so she will talk to her mom after he was gone.

He nodded and went there. When he got there he immediately hugged Ana and kissed her head like she was his own mother. She hugged him back tightly. He didn't tense up when anyone touched him anymore, he was more relaxed. He asked her how Christian was doing then smiled at Christian when he woke up and talked to him for a bit, thanked them both.

She walked up and knocked on the door. "Mom if your not busy could I talk to you for a few moments." She asked softly.

Dave didn't look at her, instead talking to Christian. Ana kissed their cheeks then went out to her daughter.

"My therapist told me to talk to someone when I feel sad or have a question. I'm having some boy trouble I can't tell if he is avoiding me or hates my guts. Or even worse found someone else. I saw a girl in car and I want to cry but I don't want to sound selfish."

[Eden]

"Oh honey," she said and lead her to the living room. "He doesn't hate you. He'd been asking a lot about you, especially since he got into rehab," she explained even though kylee didn't know about that. "He still loves you. He's told me about his new friends and everything. He told me he still loves you and always will. He hasn't found anyone. You're probably talking about Katy, she was just a friend from rehab."

She looked at her mom. "He really did say all those things? Then what am I doing wrong? I got my act together and he won't even look at me. What can I do mom?" She asked trying to hide the tears that coming in her eyes.

"Just telling him you've gotten better won't do anything, pretty girl," she smoothed her hair out. "You have to talk to him and convince him."

"I said that when he got here and he still insisted that he should leave. " She whispered. "Was daddy that hard?" She asked.

[Eden]

"No, daddy was a dick," she shrugged. "I was always one to respect and I guess he liked that... And my innocence."

She looked at him. "He must of not been so bad you love him and he loves you and that's what counts at.the end of the day." She said.

[Eden]

"Somehow, i managed to change him," she shrugged, "that's why we're still together. We were willing to change even when we didn't have to."

"Anyone can change when they find the right person." She said and kissed her cheek like she used to do when she was younger. "I have to go talk to Dave." She said and ran up the stairs. She opened the door. "Dave can I talk to you please?"

Christian had just fallen asleep again. Dave shrugged and followed her out of the room once Ana came back, not sure if they could leave Christian alone or not.

"I'm better now Dave. And you said to contact you when I was better and I am." She said.

"I don't know that for sure," he shrugged.

"But I am I been on pills and therapy for two months." She said.

"Well, we'll have to see if that paid off or not."

"Okay but you could at least be warmer to me." She whispered.

[Eden]

He took a deep breath, "I don't mean to be so cold." He said quietly.

"No its fine. Um is there ever a chance that we could be together again?" She asked.
