"You should have talked to us," she sobbed. "Me. I would have listened, you know your father isn't the best at doing so," she sniffed. "Im so so so sorry," she said.

"No I'm sorry I should have stayed." She whispered.

"This is my fault, i'm a terrible mother," she cried.

"No your not terrible. Your a great mom." She said. "And daddy is a great dad too." She said.

"Please stay," she begged her. "I'll do anything for you to stay. Anything," she said.

"I never said anything about not staying I got mad at daddy for yelling at Dave." She said. "And said when is ready to talk to both of us then call." She said softly

She nodded, "he's sorry and he's on his way now." She told her sniffing. "I'm so happy your back." she whispered.

She smiled some. No still asked her on how she felt. Though she shouldn't think about that. "Thanks mom." She looked over towards Dave wanting him to sit near him

Dave sat next to her then whispered, "are you okay?" He asked softly.

She smiled when he sat. "Yeah just it's nerve racking to be home."

He smiled and nodded.

She looked at him happily.

He smiled, "are you hungry? Did you want anythingg to eat?" Ana asked.

"No I'm fine." Thinking of her breakfast with a smile. "We had a big breakfast." She replied "Though Dave might be hungry." She didn't want to make him anger for speaking for him.

"I'm alright, i ate too," he smiled at Ana. She finally shifter her gaze to his and got up, hugging him tightly. "I'm sorry for Christian. Thank you for bringing my baby girl back," she said.

Dave stopped breathing and tensed immediately until she let go of him.

"Um mom I think the phone is ringing." Trying to get her mom off of him.

"Oh, maybe its your father," she said and went off to find out.
"Thanks," Dave said gratefully once she was gone

Just then, Christian came into the house and rushed to Ana until he saw Kylee then went over to her. He awkwardly said hello to Dave.

She smiled softly to her dad but stayed near Dave.

He apologized too which Dave accepted.

She was happy about that. "I'm sorry for getting mad at you daddy." She said.

"I'm sorry for being a terrible father," he said and slumped in defeat.

"Your not a terrible dad. Your a great one." She said. "And I love you very much daddy."

"I should have protected you better," he said.

Her eyes widen some. "No daddy you did a great job and being more over protective than you were wasn't going to do anything." She said. Her eye looked over to Dave. Hoping her dad wouldn't become way over protective.

He stayed quiet and his guilt was evident on his face.

She walked over to him and hugged him.

He hugged her back and kissed her head.

She smiled some. "I loved you daddy."

"Loved," he stood up, his voice breaking.

"I didn't mean that daddy I meant love." She whispered.

"Then why did you say loved?"

"I don't know it just slipped out on accident I wasn't thinking." She whispered.

He nodded, "excuse me." He said and left the room.

She didn't mean to say that at all. She watched him leave. She got up and walked towards the door before her mom could see her. She didn't want anyone to see her cry.

"Wait," Dave said and walked up to her. Holding his breath and tensing, he wrapped his arms around her in a hug.

She was surprised by the hug. "I didn't mean to say that Dave." She whispered tears started to fall down her cheeks. "I honestly didn't mean to. I really do love him."

"I know," he said, sounding choked as he worked not to hyperventilate.

"You can let go of me." She whispered. She didn't want to him to be out of his comfort zone.

"I'm okay," his face was turning red from lack of breath but she needed him.

"Dave just take a deep breath in." She said. "Its okay." She whispered. "I promise I don't stink." She said through her tears.

He pulled back when he couldn't take the contact anymore, almost passing out. He sat on the couch and worked to catch his breath. "You know it's not about the way you smell."

She nodded her head understanding. The comfort that was there was no longer. She knew that the hug wouldn't last long. "I'm going outside for a while tell my parents I will be back." She whispered as she walked out of the door letting the tears fall down her cheeks.

He nodded, "okay." He said breathlessly.

She let the wind hit her face some. She looked behind her. She wanted to run that's what she did was run from the bad things. She made her dad upset twice. She hurt her Dave because he couldn't hug her without panicking. Maybe this was a sign that she is a screw up. She quickly turned back around looking at the road then to woods. Out of impulse she ran to the waterfall. She was going to jump. Maybe she wouldn't hurt them anymore.

After a while, Dave went out looking for her. He couldn't find her anywhere and she never gave him her phone number. He went to the woods, where she went when she got sad. He darted to the waterfall.

She stood there looking down at the water. She never jumped off it before. Though some people did. The waters were quite dangerous after the heavy rains they had. Though she wasn't there for them. She took a step closer to the edge.
