He was pissed. "Can you for once stop thinking about yourself?" He asked, "all I asked is that you'd stop shouting at me and some how you just twisted it around to make it my fault." He said, "and don't you dare tell me we were better off when you weren't here, because no, we aren't, at least this way we know your alive."

"No, we can't, because for once, I'm not letting you drink everything away," he was hurt.

He took a deep breath and nodded, "get in the car." He said and he visibly calmed down and got in too.

He stayed in his seat and didn't move or start driving, just stared out the window. "Sorry for losing my shit," he said quietly.

He rubbed the side of his temples, feeling a headache coming on.

"I'm not," he sighed, "just feel a headache coming."

"I don't know," he sighed and revved up the engine. "Do-" his phone rang, cutting him off. He picked up without checking the caller ID, "Dave here." He said."Let me talk to her," Anastasia whispered into the phone. He handed Kylee the phone. "Your mum."

"Kylee?" Ana asked, still whispering with disbelief. "Baby girl?" She choked up. "Please, say something."
Mod
"Come home, please, i need to see you," she started crying.
Mod
"Yes, Christian needs to learn to stop shoutihg at people," her voice turned stern but still hoarse with tears.
Mod
"I'm sorry for everything," she told her.
Mod
"I'm okay, now that your back, baby girl," she sniffed. "I missed you."

"I love you," she said, "please, come home." She pleaded.

"Okay," she sniffed, not wanting to hang up, it seemed too good to be true.

Before Ana could reply, she hung up. Dave was staring out the window when, the call ended, but he stayed quiet even when it did.

He shrugged, "it's more your opinion than mine." He said, "i think you should go home, you're mum really misses you."

"No, i'm not mad and no i'm not upset," he said and shifted in his seat to face her. "You asked for my opinion and I gave it to you."

"As ready as ever," he smiled and started driving again, the sound of the engine filling up the silence.

He took another 5 minutes driving to her house.
Mod
He smiled, "i love you." He said, "I may get mad at you but it doesn't last long," he explained softly as he parked in the outdoor carparks of the large house.

He laced his fingers with hers and opened rang the doorbell. Anastasia immediately opened the door and wrapped Kylee up in a hug, crying. Ana's hair had visibly started greying from stress.

"Oh honey," she hugged her tightly and pulled her into the house, then pulled Dave in too.

She sat her down and sat down herself next to her. "Please, talk to me," she whispered as she wiped her face.

"Please, tell me why, explain to me. I just want to understand," she pleased, dropping her head into her hands. Dave stood to the side awkwardly.
