Dave leaned against the door and watched them with a neutral face, knowing her father would probably blame him for not telling him.

"Because I was blacked mailed but I when I tried telling you that you more concerned on the fact of the video of me drunk which was part of the black mail." She said.

"What?" He whispered, his face falling.

"I said I was blacked mailed. I got a letter saying if I didn't leave then the person will show you the video. I thought nothing of it until it actually happen." She said.

"After everything, you can't say that." He shook his head as more tears dripped down his face. "Not after you changed your name and the way you look and everything else. That doesn't make it easier to find you," he said, "what do you expect me to do? Cry? I'm making a fool of myself right now doing so." He said, "you broke us, Kylee. We don't know what to do about it other than try to move on." He buried his face in his hands.

She was making a fool out him. "I understand okay. I broke you guys. I caused your guys problems. Dave should have said something to you. Because we wouldn't want to leave. I was going to decided on today's interview if you really want me back. Because I was convince that you would be angry and upset at me. But Dave reassured me." She said. She had a temper like her dad. "Call Dave when your ready to talk to us both." She said and turned away. She walked down the stairs to Dave's car.

"I'm sorry, Ky," he said then almost punched the window next to him.

"You shouldn't have," he sighed.

"I'm sorry I did he told me that he was making fool of himself. I knew he liked to gloat but I didn't know crying because he found his long lost daughter was bad " she said. "Then out of blue he just dropped it. He didn't say anything like I'm sorry I will make sure something like that wouldn't happen again." She whispered.

"You shouldn't be so hard on him," he said, wishing he could wrap his arms around her and comfort her.

"Yeah I know. Then he said I broke them. I mean I knew I left I came back but should you say that to someone." She whispered. "Then I said call if your ready to talk to both of us. He had no right to shout at you."

He sighed but didn't Argue, knowing there was no use because she was just too stubborn.

She looked at him. "I thought he would be more comforting to me Dave."

"I'm sorry." He said quietly, knowing this probably meant she was leaving again.

She looked at him. "It's fine I guess I won't be going to his house anytime." She said.

He nodded, "you can stay at my house."

"Okay." She whispered. "I remember where you live I just want some time to myself to think about it." She felt awful and shouldn't be alone because she is a flight risk.

Before she could finish what she was saying, he hauled her over his shoulder. "Not an option," he said and took her to the other side of the car.

He put her down and walked off, not letting himself flinch when she shouted at him.

She watched him walked off. She let the tears come to her face. May be if she sat and waited for him he would come back. "I'm sorry." She whispered. Was he going to leave her?

"Are you going to stop shouting at me?" He asked, his tone bitter.

She looked at him softly some. "I didn't mean to shout." She said.

"You know how much I hate shouting, like I hate touching. I can't deal with you if you're going to shout," he said quietly.

She looked at him. He just said that. Her heart broke some. This day was supposed to be the best day now it was the worse day. "I'm sorry I shouldn't have came back you guys would have been fine and lived without me." She said. She felt bad like everything was her fault. She just wanted someone there to comfort her and tell her things will be okay.

"I don't know what happened in Cali to make you like this but the Kylee I knew, respected my boundaries like I respect hers," he said. "I'm not trying to hurt you, but that's reality and as much as I want to comfort and help you, I can't do it if your going to shout. Or touch at that matter." He raised his hand sup in defense.

"The Kylee you knew was also just a friend who had nothing to worry about." She said. "The girl you knew didn't need the comforting because she had her family to do it. And now she has none of that and the one person who she thought she had got mad at her" she said.
