"Oh, what about the interview?" He asked.

"Oh, maybe we could have it earlier. What time would be best?" He asked.

"I have a meeting right now, how about in an hour?"

"Yeah sure." She said. She put a smiled on her face. "Thanks." She said. And hung up the phone. "He has meeting right now um he said a half an hour."

"Thats great!" He smiled.

"He'll know as soon as he sees you, he was drunk last night when you saw him, thats why he never recognized you."

"My dad was drunk?" She asked. "He didn't seem drunk I know I was."

"Thats probably why you don't remember it."

"I was drunk but not that drunk." She said. She looked at him. "Fine maybe I was a little too drunk I was trying to forget."

She looked at him. "I'm sorry if I caused any problems. I shouldn't have drunk that much and forgetting is a lame excuse." She said. "But it did end up with me and you together."

"You really should stop apologizing," he laughed softly.

"Yeah I that's where I'm suppose to meet him that or that house

"You're dads company, maybe 20 minutes, your house 10," he said as he drove.

"I am too," he said and parked infront of a diner for something to eat.

"Why are we here? We just ate breakfast and ice cream you can't possibly still be hungry?" She asked raising a brow.

"Maybe I am," he teased.

"Well then your a hungry person" she said with a smile.

He laughed, "i need something to drink." He laughed

"Shall I get you anything?" He asked as he got his box of cigarettes and his wallet, leaving his phone.

"No I'm fine. I didn't know you smoke." She said. She didn't mind it. She did think that she would lose him. But didn't say that.

"I did a lot of stuff while you were gone," he said, "even drugs and weed and shit but I've been clean for a while.. Minus the cigars."

"I'll be back in a sec," he said and went in to get himself a soda before coming out and lighting up a cigar.
