He smiled and finished eating.

She was done eating soon after him. "So I'm nervous about this interview with my dad I don't him to be mad at me."

He sighed, "i told you already, he'll be more heartbroken than cross."

"I know, that doesn't make it easier for me or him. My dad never yelled at me before except the night that I left." She whispered. "I'm just worried. I know its silly to think he will yell at me again." She said.

"If you talk to him, he wont," he said, smoothing her hair out.

"I know I'm paranoid. So I don't really have any clothes to change to so maybe before we go look around I could get some jeans and shirt?"

[Eden]

"Okay, we can get you some," he nodded.

She smiled

He smiled back.

She was happy. She didn't know what to say to him. All she knew is that she regretted leaving and she wasn't sure if she would ever be able to stop thinking about it.

He stood up, "i'm going to take a shower. I'll drive you to Cali after you're interview."

"No I may be staying." She said.

"I meant to get your stuff." He smiled a bit.

She smiled. "Well if I do stay I could always get my dad to use his private jet."

"Very true. I forget your not like me," he said.

"But if you want you can drive me I wouldn't mind." She said. "We could relax like a vacation for you." She said.

"I don't think I can get a holiday off work," he said.

"Who are you working for?" She asked

"Still at the car garage," he shrugged.

She looked at him and nodded.

He nodded too, he had hoped her father might offer him some kind of job but he never did. "But I'm planning to be a barman soon too," he shrugged.

"Oh so no vacation. Thats fine." She said. "Maybe my dad would hire you for something?"

"Doubtful," he said, "he still doesn't like me."

"Yes he does." She said.

"No, he doesn't," he said, glancing at her.

She wasn't going to say anything else about it.

"I'm going to go take that shower then," then his face turned pink, "you're clothes are in their usual place. If you want to shower after I do."

She nodded her head. "Okay."

He hurried off, always sort of being a prude.

She looked down not talking. She took a breath some.

He came back five minutes later, towel drying his hair.

She smiled. "I thought you drowned." She said with a grin. Teasing him some.

"I was only in there for five minutes," he laughed softly, his muscular torso peaking from his shirt as he worked to towel dry his hair.

She smiled some and blushed at him. "Yeah it felt like forever."

[Eden]

He couldn't help the tiny bit of pink that spread in his cheeks.

"I'm glad I could make you blush."

[Eden]

"I've always been the shy one," he laughed softly.

"Yeah you kissing me was pretty bold though." She said.

[Eden]

His cheeks flamed, "that was after years of wanting to do it." He whispered.

"You could do it again too." She said.

[Eden]

"Are you sure?" He whispered, his wyes now widening slightly.

"Why not?" She asked. "This time I won't leave."

[Eden]

His eyes flickered to her lips and he nodded, eyeing them. He gently took her hands and held them behind her back, "is this okay?" He asked, unsure.

"Yeah why wouldn't it be?" She asked,

"I don't know, maybe you don't like being held back," he said and then his lips were like magnets to hers. His eyes fluttered shut as he gently placed his lips against hers and kissed her.

She smiled and kissed him back. She let her eyes closed some. She was happy. This seemed like a new beginning

He kept it slow and soft, keeping the passion and the depth at a minimum. He was afraid to go further. Another problem of his.
