I combined them. The ISBN, ebook looks like a valid edition, as does the Kindle with the ASIN.

An ebook is one that is not published by Amazon.
If your book is a Kindle edition, then it will use the ASIN, and the ISBN that Amazon assigned to it is not used on Goodreads.
If you only published on Amazon, then the ISBN edition is the same as the Kindle edition.

You can claim your author profile by going to this page:

and scrolling down to where it says is this you? and start from there.

A Kindle format is different than an ebook, which is different yet again from a Nook format. Each have their own Identification system. Although you have an ISBN for your Kindle edition, Goodreads does not use it, and it does not make the "handshake" with Amazon. The two computer systems talk to each other in ASIN. :~}
