Usually the author/publisher sends an email to the reviewer with the mobi file for kindle or the file for Nooks. I have both but use my kindle mainly. I do not know how they send the file. Others have gone through Amazon and gifted it to me. My email is sh2rose(at)cox(dot)net
You might send out this question on this discussion board and other authors may be able to give you exact details.

The sky overhead turned charcoal-black. Methuselah was engulfed in chaos. The rain beating on the deck went horizontal-a force as heavy as a fire hose.
