can you tell me what connects them? characters? a world in common?
I'm looking at them

Hi Suzi, yes the one with a 0 is a novella. I can change it to 0.5 if that's better?

Hi Suzi, this series is all fairy tale retelling novellas, and they are all seasonal. The sub-series are for the different seasons, but they're all the same otherwise.

I will take care of it.

These are not a series by the Goodreads definition: To be a series, books should have characters and/or universes in common.
I have added the Seasons of Magic to the edition field, and the "subseries" name as a subtitle, since they are both on the cover.

there is not a lot of information on your new Curses books - do they have characters or a world in common?

The new Curses books are in progress to be released over the next few months. They have the same characters and world.

Ah, I see, sorry for the confusion. They are set in the same universe (different times/places/characters) and are tied by themes of fairy tales.

If they are only tied together by a theme then they do not fit the Goodreads criteria for a series.
I set them up per Goodreads title conventions.

Hi Suzi, I understand, but they are the same universe. The magic rules and overall world etc. are applied across all books.

Different times, places and characters specifically excludes it from being a series. Being in a magical world does not fit the criteria.

I have made series in the past that were deleted for this reason, so I am very cautious about making a series that does not have characters and/or locations in common. I'm a volunteer librarian, and I try very hard to follow Goodreads guidelines.

I put seasons of magic in the edition field, since it is on the cover, and I didn't want you to lose it. But it does not belong as part of the title.
I'll look at them again and see what I can do.
The first is "This Curse" and should have the books "This Cursed Light", "This Cursed Flame," and "This Cursed Shadow."
The second is "Seasons of Magic." There's sort of a series there already, but it's a little weird as it only contains one of the sub-books (this series is an overarching series with four sub-series, but if they can all be included as one series, that would be ideal). They are all standalone within the series, so reading order doesn't matter. All books with Seasons of Magic in the series name should be included: "Of the Clouds," "Pumpkin Spice Pie-Jinks", "Freeze Thaw", "All That Glimmers," and "Carnival of Curses." If this can't be done, just let me know...it would have to be 4 separate series otherwise, but there are anthologies coming that include all of the sub-series.
