I thought you can't go wrong with Nicholas Sparks for the romance week! I'm still behind with the first week but hopefully will catch up soon!

Though the movie definitely has a "teenage love story" feel to it, which I do not usually get into, I could not help but love the movie. Therefore, I have decided to read the book as well, especially since I AM a fan of Sparks himself.

I love this book. It was the first book that made me cry. Re-read it a few times.
I just finished A Walk to Remember when I found this group so I logged it for the second week. Haha. I liked the move but it's really different from the book. They're both good in their own though :D
I just finished this book and while I had seen the movie I was taken back by the characters in this book, As I was reading the words on the page I actually felt like I was standing there besides the characters and felt the same things that they felt in the story. towards the end of the book I was sitting here wishing that the end was not so near and crying like a baby. I loved this book and it had so much more depth to it than the movie. I would highly recommend this book as well as a box of tissue for the end. I would give this 5 stars.

Most books vs the movies tend out to be that way, though. Did you get it finished?

I actually felt that way myself.
