ABANDONED. MM Romance, YA, teens who don't get along, one has a cop dad, the other ends up living with his family

I literally read this last year so, who knows when it was published. If I remember correctly, it was about 2 boys in high school that didn't really get along. A fight happened. MC 1 was either homeless, or neglected by his family, or damaged in some way that, later in the book, he lived with the MC 2 and his family. MC 2's dad was a cop and he also had a sister, no mom I think.
