That was my understanding as well. That a book can only be removed if it fails to match the criteria of the list, but I felt the question worth asking just the same.

Book 3 on the list, The Boy Who Saw In Colours, has 194 votes. It appears all 194 ranked the book and only that book on this list as it is universally voted 1 out of 1.
There is a similar voting pattern on several of the Booktopia lists on which this book is listed.
It seems clear that some sort of spamming is happening here, but I don't know that GR has a policy to do anything about it.
Please advise.
