The books in question are self-published, so I was wondering: what should I list for the publisher? Should I put "Self-Published", "Independently Published", the author's name, or something else entirely?

Amazon uses Independently Published, several authors use their names & we used to use self-published a few years ago, but that seems to have fallen out of favor.

Got it, will use Independently Published then.

These editions are non-Kindle ebooks, but thank you for the tip anyway!
